Has anyone got an address for Cloudtag ramper in chief Liam Nicholas - I'd like to doorstep him this weekend
One of the main, if not the main, ramper of shares in the worthless fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is a Bristol based fellow called Liam Nicholas, the author of this ramptastic blog. Liam works for a company in the white van hire rental business and his ludicrously partisan commentary is one reason so many folks are nursing huge losses on this AIM fraud. I have spoken to the Mrs and she has agreed to hold the camera if I visit Liam this weekend as we too live in Bristol.

Banks earnings fest: what a pile of…bankers
Corporate earnings season really sorts out the analytical geeks from the also-rans especially when it is ‘banks’ week. I sadly have been absent from writing pearls of wisdom on these pages recently as I have been up to my neck in global corporate disclosures and just the art of keeping up has taken up all of my time. Once however it is ‘banks week’ I know the end is nigh…because the UK large cap banks are among the last to pucker up their insights. We will generously muse that it is due to the complexity of their businesses and not inherent laziness…

Breaking: Cloudtag Nomad Cairn quit weeks ago: source - get out of jail card for Novum?
It has today been announced that Nomad Cairn will cease to act for AIM listed (pro tem) FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG) on April 10 at which point the shares will be suspended if no other Nomad is prepared to agree to sign off on lies issued via RNS. The shares have crashed to 2.75p to sell which means that those clients of Novum Securities who were stuffed into a placing at 3.75p THIS MORNING must be well pissed. But fear not... I have a shocking revelation that gets them off the hook.

OneView Group – following ramparoonie, admits “now considering an equity fund raising” (natch)…
Having warned that Wednesday’s “Multi-Million Dollar Cloud-Based Hosting Agreement” announcement from OneView Group (ONEV) was ramptastic and, with also a precarious previously stated financial position, caveat emptor, today there is an update and funding announcement. Quelle surprise…

Commiserations To Genuine Holders in Cloudtag says Waseem Shakoor as he sets a 0p target
Bear raider and Northern git Waseem Shakoor is far nice than I am in my tretament of Cloudtag (CTAG) after today's fraud unravell as discussed in the bonus bearcast HERE. Waseem, the soppy nice guy predicts a 0p target too but writes:

Filthy Forty Jiasen – oh dear, now just 1p to sell, less than 2 days to get out
It is a busy day at the Sheriff’s office with CloudTag (CTAG) and Servision (SEV) dominating, but it would be remiss of us to allow the burial of bad news for shareholders in ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Jiasen (JSI) to go unnoticed. With delisting scheduled on Tuesday (and thus Monday is the last chance to get out) the bid price has now dropped to just 1p last seen. One penny!

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Ouzo Photo Bearcast: Cloudtag, the fraudsters and the morons - it is downfall day for you
I waited until 10 AM before drinking a bit of my father's ouzo in celebration of the Cloudtag (CTAG) take-down described earlier HERE. That is the sort of restrained guy I am. Boy does the ouzo - pictured below - taste great and its only 51 days and I shall be back in Greece for a lot more. Today has been a 100% vindication for The Sheriff of AIM and my fellow bears and the Bulletin Board Morons and fraudsters are now in undignified retreat. I discuss what happens next, have a few new revelations and a few lessons the morons will, no doubt, not learn in this bonus podcast. If you are client of Novum stuffed into today's placing I explain how you can get your cash back.

Is the Servision $2m subscription RNS just a massive spoof?
Tom Winnifrith has already driven a coach and horses through the deal announced on Wednesday whereby an obscure US-based outfit has apparently agreed to throw $2 million (and up to a further $4 million) into AIM-listed Servision (SEV) at a massive premium to the share price previous to the announcement. But a no-one-is-watching o’clock RNS last night leaves me wondering whether the whole thing is so appallingly dressed up as to render the original RNS a gross misrepresentation of the truth.

BREAKING: Photo Article: Sorry Dad Needs Must - Cloudtag's Nomad quits shocker! Ouzo Time
I had brought the bottle below back from Greece for my father. But I know he will understand. It is a very large celebratory ouzo for breakfast as the AIM fraud of the year Cloudtag (CTAG) has fessed up - its hapless Nomad Cairn has finally had enough of signing off on lies and has quit. It gets worse and it is going to get worse still. Bulletin Board Morons and Aidan Earley who smeared and attacked The Sheriff of AIM for repeatedly calling this out as a fraud line up and apologise now you bastards!

Looking for a Company which May Have Special Divis Ahead? Look at Hays while the Sun Shines
Hello Share Snatchers. We all suspected that increased technology would eat into jobs. Both blue collar workers and professionals would be hit we thought, as computers and robots would take over. But we could not have been more wrong. It seems everyone I ask what they do for a living these days says 'something in IT'. And robots are not much of a threat to employment so far, are they?

Monitise – reckons half-year results demonstrate transformation programme working. Hmmm…
A half-year results announcement from cash guzzler (Oops sorry, “digital technology group specialising in financial services”), Monitise (MONI) emphasises “our transformation programme is nearing completion, and continued half on half EBITDA profitability demonstrates that it is working”. Hmmm, EBITDA is though of course bullshit earnings, so what’s the real story?...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Gosh some Amur shareholders really are as thick as pigshit & don't y'all love our new Cloudtag countdown clock
Don't you just love our new Cloudtag (CTAG) countdown clock on the right hand side of this page? I am already assembling material old and new for this presentation at UK Investor but the clock is a jolly jape is it not? Elsewhere I never cease to wonder at the stupidity of some investors. I look at Amur (AMC) in this respect. I then look at Weatherly (WTI) which is telling you, plain as day, that its shares are worthless. I explain a few hard facts and ask new questions about Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and then have a butchers at Rosslyn Data (RDT) shares in which have just hit a new all time low. I wonder why? Smiley face, smiley face.

Pebble Beach Systems – from to be “substantially debt-free” to “remains constrained” by borrowings in 4 months!
Having last week concluded on Pebble Beach Systems (PEB) that what happens in the next month or so is of critical importance and previously noted a revised hardware division (Vislink Communication Systems) sales agreement, I now note a “Statement re Strategic Review” announcement from the company…

Advanced Oncotherapy: Metric the £11 million black hole and insolvency by March 31?
Yesterday I pointed out how the £13 million death spiral Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) had signed with loan sharks Bracknor would see its share price collapse. It should but there is worse news in store - that of insolvency looming in just five weeks time. Insolvency you say? What are you talking about? Let me explain.

Welcome to The Uranium Supercycle
Yellowcake entrepreneur David Cates argues that uranium has made a move toward rationality, although he warns it still has a long way to go. There is now real price movement, volume and thus benefits to price discovery. What is exciting about the long bear market, is the detrimental effect it had on the uranium industry. There are very few good uranium projects out there. When utilities go looking for supplies there will be a real pinch, they won’t be able find any.

Slater & Gordon - if it was f**ked before it is now double f**ked: UK legal changes
Oh dear, oh dear. This is not going to make the debt for equity talks Slater & Gordon (SGH) is engaged in to stave off bankruptcy any easier. The Government has published proposals which will screw its UK personal claims business, effectively making it worthless.

Armadale at 2.5p worth 4.4p?
Beaufort is house broker to Armadale Capital (ACP) but its mining analyst Sheldon is a good stick and I am prepared to believe some of what he writes. That is me being generous. I don't want poor Sheldon bursting into tears like foxy brokerette Alice Lane who has, I gather, been again upset by what I wrote here. There really is no pleasing some folks. Anyhow Sheldon reckons the shares will go from 2.5p to 4.4p.

Cloudtag Results Prize Competition - win a bottle of Red Leg Rum
For a company with revenues of exactly nil despite all the lies about guaranteed sales of $5.2 million etc, the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) takes an awfully long time in publishing its (bound to be dire) results for the year to 30 September. If you want to win a bottle of Distil's finest Red Leg Rum then it is time to enter our Cloudtag results competition. Here is how.
