CyanConnode – confirms discussions for potential investment, but “these remain at an early stage”

Describing itself as “a global leader in narrowband radio frequency smart mesh networks”, CyanConnode (CYAN) has issued an announcement commencing that it “notes the recent newspaper article in India speculating that IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited, a key partner and customer of the company in India, is considering acquiring a significant stake in CyanConnode's Indian operations” and including that “discussions have been held with various parties, which as a matter of course include its key partners”. So what further on these and a current up to above 8p price for the shares?
