After sending a prospectus for FCA approval again and again since 2017, Umuthi Healthcare Solutions (UHS) finally got approval on the 24th attempt and on 4th March this year, its shares joined the Standard List. Six days after listing, its auditors quit, joining two legal advisory firms who had already resigned in the previous 12 months. The shares were suspended and then trading restored on 25th May. They were again suspended on 10th June and look set to never come back as this is the most scandalous of frauds as I shall explain with a series of shocking exposes over the next 48 hours.

I start with Lyin’ Chris, a fraudster whose work at African Potash I exposed on these pages. Now thanks to the FCA being useless he is President of a $3.7 billion US listed company which will, I’m sure, end in tears. Well done the FCA. Then onto why failings in corporate governance lead to shareholders getting stiffed with reference to Edge VCT but more to today’s shocking new exposes on Sarah Willingham and Nightcap (NGHT)

Here are the most read and most listened-to articles and Bearcasts on ShareProphets over the past seven days. The most read non-Quiz, non-Tom article last week is by Chris Bailey, Bunzl may not be exciting, but many institutional investors do not care about that at No 1 or No 5 including Bearcasts.

I start with the Chris Cleverly West Ham round-up and what says about our attitude to white collar crime in the UK. What it says disgusts me. I move onto Optibiotix (OPTI). I am still a bull but i explian to the company why it is so unloved. Then finally to Cineworld (CINE) a slam dunk short at 63p. This could be a penny stock after an inevitable debt for equity swap but, taking a 30 year view, I would not buy even then.

The most read non-Quiz, non-Tom article last week is by Chris Bailey, Is hotel love peaking? And elsewhere, I still like the not particularly understood distribution and more world of SIG, at No 23 or No 23 including Bearcasts.

I was the first to call out Tingo (US:TIO) as fraud at the very first Sharestock three years ago. A company founded by Chris cleverly, the first cousin of James who wants to lead the wretched Tories, and whose frauds at African Potash (AFPO) I exposed, serial penny share fraudster Leslie Grayling and Darren Mercer of BNN infamy, also exposed by myself, was always going to be a scam. The fall guy has been Dozy Mmobousi. Given the horrible online harassment I got, driven by Cleverley, I will celebrate this news from the US with an ouzo tonight.Published 25 March 2021, 12:00
I end with a few notes on Woodlarks. There are now 7 walkers confirmed – please do make a donation HERE. Then I discuss 2 acid tests today for the FCA: Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and Lyin’ Chris Cleverly’s planned RTO into Stranger Holdings (STHP). Then I look at St James House (SJH) and wonder if the taxman needs to have a butcher’s at 4 of its disposals involving John Botros. Then it is onto IQE (IQE) and why Malcolm Stacey and thirsty Paul Scott are wrong. Finally a look at Jubilee Metals (JLP). I look at the fundamentals after today’s interims and conclude that the shares should be well North of 20p. Then I discuss the matter with the world’s leading analyst of PGM stocks beginning with J for his input.

Oh dear, Lyin’ Chris Cleverley, the cousin of Tory party bigwig James, is in a spot of bother having been slammed by the regulators of the junior exchange Aquis for misleading investors in his POS company Block Commodities, formerly African Potash. Better still, Aquis acted on a specific letter from my good self sent on 18 November 2019.

As usual, the most read non-Tom article, at number 1 or number 2 including Bearcasts is by Nigel Somerville, Ariana – Management Incompetence At Its Worst. Can It Recover? The most read non-Tom, non-Nigel article is MindGym – argues a “significant improvement in profitability”, but how “significant” really?… by Steve Moore.

On 1st September the fascist and grubby law firm of Memery Crystal threatened me with a libel suit if I did not agree to hand over to it a blank cheque within 24 hours as well as withdrawing all of my articles about its client African Potash (AFPO) and promising to never write again about Potash. Natch I told Memery to feck off just as I did when it tried to extract cash from me with menaces on behalf of both Pirate Pete Landau and the Globo fraudsters. I really want to see the African Potash bitchez in Court as disclosure will be a hoot. But...

I realise the shares are up sharply today thanks to an announcement which is a real spoof. I shall expose that later this week on the N50 site. As I wrote in Part 1 two weeks ago, its difficult to know where to start with Tingo Group (NASDAQ: TIO) -formerly MICT, which has acquired the Nigerian Agri-Fintech firm Tingo Inc (pinksheet USOTC: TMNA ) via an RTO- so let’s be charitable and start with the bull case. This dossier is long and detailed, beware!Published 10 January 2025, 16:40
Natch the announcement came after hours yesterday. Century Cobalt Limited (CCL) has sold an aggregate of 83,500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company to what it terms an institutional investor, I suggest it means bucket shop.Published 15 April 2024, 14:08
Shares in Technology Minerals (TM1) have fallen by another 10% today to just 0.675p begging the question of what could be, very seriously, wrong. The first theory is a delay in the RTO of Chris Cleverly founded Recyclus.Published 15 August 2023, 08:59
Naturally, the fraudster Chris Cleverly and his co-conspirators at Tingo (TIO)) have not issued a press release about this. But the SEC filing below says it all, the game is almost up.Published 29 January 2024, 15:50
Wish me luck for tomorrow, you may get an early Bearcast ahead of my date with the Shipman's. In today's podcast I look at Technology Minerals (TM1), Chill Brands (CHLL), Powerhouse Energy (PHE), Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) and Inspecs (SPEC).Published 12 June 2015, 07:23
Encouraging news this morning from African Potash (AFPO) has been greeted with a collective shrug of the shoulders from a sceptical market. As part of its planned strategy for expansion, African Potash has entered into commercial discussions with an agency of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA). COMESA is a free trade union for twenty African Member states and, if fruitful, African Potash’s discussions could lead to the development of a clearly defined sales channel for its potash-based fertiliser products across that continent.

A fortnight ago, I had some fun suggesting that quoted companies could goose lackluster share prices by adding buzzworthy words to their corporate name, just like ADVFN parent On-line Plc did by becoming On-line Blockchain Plc.

Oddly enough Technology Minerals (TM1) – the company that stinks with numerous links to the fraudster Chris Cleverly of Tingo (US:TIO) infamy – has not mentioned this huge legal threat. I do hope it has flagged this up with the FCA as it struggles to get an RTO prospectus approved. I bet it has not.Published 13 October 2023, 13:45
Tingo (US:TIO) was ordered to pay out $16.5 million in shares to a group of US investors. It did not and now, as you can see below, its in court on contempt of court judges and the Judge is giving an explicit warning.Saturday »
