Oracle Power (ORCP) has been pumped at one time or another by every spiv and penny share promoter in town. Conman Windham started the ball rolling back in 2006. The current Motley Crew includes David “Sam” Hutchins whose antics at GRIT this website exposed and who should have no place on the PLC scene. Andrew Bell told me the shares were cheap as chips at one point and, these days, David Lenigas is a keen supporter on twitter. The net result?
