I guess that enabling crime does pay. But if bosses at Peel Hunt had a shred of integrity they would not be welcoming corporate financier Mr Paul Shackleton through the front door today. Indeed, they would be joining me in suggesting that Shackleton should never ever work in thee City again. AIM is a sewer not only because it is home to so many frauds but because of men like Shackleton who enable fraud.
