The annual ritual is complete. The Mrs and I have photographed my morbidly obese three legged cat Oakley in his Christmas hat and even Tara played her part posing in the hat and in a stocking. And thus our rather un-Christian cards are now in production. Awway from that I have a long look at Slater & Gordon (SGH) where the management has just allowed the bears a chance to sell even more shares. Jabba The Hutt stocks Solo (SOLO) and LGO Energy (LGO) get a mention as does Aureus Mining (AUE) with its hugely discounted placing. Alba (ALBA) is clearly lining up its next confetti issue and I comment on that as well as Blur (BLUR), Outsourcery (OUT), Wandisco (WAND), Plant Health Care (PHC), Gulf Keystone (GKP) and NAHL (NAH), Finally I commend the CEO of ValiRx (VAL) who attended Gold & Bears on Saturday and was incredibly poilite. Memo to TW. I will be less beastly to her in 2016.

Surprised GKP didn’t get a mention… Last day of November and payment not forthcoming.
The announcement by the KRG this morning that companies are free to cancel their contracts without penalty http://ekurd.net/kurdistan-frees-investment-firms-2015-11-30 does not bode well for chances of money being made available any time soon.
Looks like it could be game over.

Usual miss information on LGO ………… as was explained in the latest LGO RNS :- the loan repayments agreed at three reduced payments in DEC 15 , JAN 16 , FEB 16 followed by 19 repayments of remaining balance . If there is a failure to meet a repayment then the loan MAY be recalled . That is the same for any loan unless a repayment holliday clause is present in the agreement . “Drunken” is pushing the same miss information as you . The loan may of course be settled and placed else where on extended repayments in the meanwhile , or there may be a placing , or a disposal of an asset ( as per Trinity ) or a combination of all three , or Oil price may go up , or cash burn may go down via cost savings . You dont know , I dont know , Oakley does not know . We hope Ritson knows .Wait and see and stop trying to kick a dog to death just for Evil and friends benefit ……….. its unseemly . I told you I was back in at 0.46 pence and I am still in the money . If I was you I would worry more about readers losing their shirts on some of your other relentlessly declining tips . Its difficult to know were to start as there are so many but here goes :-

Thats a few just to be going on with .
Have fun watching that lot decline day by day at present . ( We will give OPTI the benefit of the doubt regards getting an income generating deal from its “blue sky” project at present , but the risk is noted non the less of losing much of current gains should no deal that provides income materialise)

Apologies re GKP I typed my above post after only reading the introductory text above the bearcast button which didn’t mention GKP but now seems to have been amended.

That Slater and Gordon announcement seems to be déjà vu and quite Quindellian.
The statement that the overall UK businesses are expected to contribute positively to gross operating free cashflow in December all sounds a bit too familiar.
Wind back to 6/8/14, when QPP shares were suffering a similar fate to S&G’s and a trading update was put out via RNS saying that ‘operating cash flow has turned positive in July’. Ha, bollocks it had. It seems S&G have not only bought the business bit have also acquired all the blags as well.
I think it’s time to send Scooby Doo in to crack this case. He’d have a good hunt round and would eventually track Grech down somewhere and would remove his mask to reveal none other than Rob Terry. And they would have got away with it as well but for those pesky Shareprophets !
