Having initially “refuted” the allegations made by Hindenburg Research and said it would provide its own detailed response, Chris Cleverly’s billion bucks fraud Tingo (TIO) has changed tack and brought in law form White & Case to review the claims. This is a bluff from the fraudsters’ playbook.Published 5 December 2023, 08:24
After olive harvesting is finished for the day here in Greece, I will, again, be writing to Jen Knickerbocker of Deloitte about the Tingo fraud (TIO) asking why, in the light of the three images below, the Israeli firm that audits Chris Cleverly’s latest con and which is part of the Deloitte global network has failed to show any professional scepticism at all.Published 23 January 2024, 08:24
The Department of Justice is still trying to get its hands on Dozy Mmobousi who faces a 45 year jail term when found guilty of fraud. Others were part of that fraud says the DoJ and may still have their collars felt. Shares in Chris Cleverly’s Tingo (US:TIO) shares are suspended and now it has filed with the SEC that its auditors Deloitte resigned on 16 January. But why only now? I wrote twice to head of regulation Jen Knickerbocker HERE and global chair Anna Marks HERE more than six months ago.Published 22 June 2023, 11:41
When even your Nigerian credit rating agency smells a rat you know you are deep in the merde. But the Lyin' Chris Cleverly fraud Tingo (US:TIO) has just suffered such an indignity.Published 11 June 2023, 16:16
Anna Marks, the Global Chair of Deloitte lives in Oxford, the City of Lost Causes. I have written to her about one such lost cause, the seven billion dollar Nasdaq fraud Tingo and specifically about those who are enabling it. Yes… you have guessed.Published 9 April 2023, 09:29

At least, ex post office minister Ed Davey earned more than a quarter of a million for advising the law firm the post Office used to persecute innocent postmasters. If you are prepared to sell your soul demand a large fee. But some leading politicians can be bought for far less.Published 15 August 2023, 08:59
Naturally, the fraudster Chris Cleverly and his co-conspirators at Tingo (TIO)) have not issued a press release about this. But the SEC filing below says it all, the game is almost up.Published 27 December 2023, 12:46
Following the charging by the SEC of Tingo (US:TIO) and fall guy Dozy Mmobousi with fraud, the company has posted an SEC notice warning investors that previously filed statements may not be true. How on earth can the SEC maintain the pretence that Dozy acted alone? When will it charge the main string puller, Chris Cleverly, Tory grandee Sir David Tripper and Darren Mercer as well? The filing is pretty damning and reads:Published 27 August 2023, 08:36
Another week gone and here are the most read and most listened-to articles and Bearcasts on ShareProphets over the past seven days. The most read non-Quiz, non-Tom article last week is by Lucien Miers, Crunch Time for the Tingo Three, at No 2 or No 7 including Bearcasts.

Every year ShareProphets publishes twenty year-end tips, and these tips overwhelm the Most Read article leaderboard. So I have separated them out, then listed the most read articles and then the most listened-to Bearcasts over the past seven days. The most read non-Quiz, non-Tom article last week is Steve Moore with Plant Health Care – “Brazil approves TEIKKO… excited about the developing plans”. Last week the fraud run by Chris Cleverly of African Potash infamy, that is to say Tingo (TIO) said that it would publish its Q2 numbers and host a conference call today, 10th August. Bears like Hindenburg Research were ready to pounce with 38 questions Tingo could not answer. So what to do? Late last night Tingo said it was postponing its results to 21 August.Published 30 December 2023, 12:10
For me the story of the year has unquestionably been Tingo (US:TIO). A fraud that even the staid SEC has called “staggering”, an epithet perhaps even more damning than the “brazen” applied by Nate Andeson of Hindenberg Research. (hats of to him for a fabulous year and a huge service to the markets: Adani and Icahn being really gutsy scalps as well as lesser pond life life Tingo)Published 14 November 2023, 10:36
Using this as an excuse to resign a day before the next bogus results really is wretched. As one of my oldest Jewish friends would say: Amir Ayalon, is “the sort of Jew who gives we Jews a bad name.” Hells teeth, the man only became CFO on October 2! And now he's gone!Published 22 August 2023, 08:12

As the SEC considers who else to charge over the Tingo (TIO) fraud there is now nobody on earth who cannot now accept that it was a fraud and that, as the first to call it out as such in September 2022, I am vindicated. I cannot remember a time exposing a fraud when its supporters responded with such venom.Published 11 November 2023, 14:35

Just the other day I posted more proof positive that Tingo (US:TIO) the company created by Chris Cleverly, the first cousin of our esteemed home secretary, was and is a complete and utter fraud. If Chris is not too busy being nominated for ESG awards in Africa (I kid you not, as you can see HERE), maybe he might want to update mug punters on the ongoing suspension of the shares.Published 31 May 2023, 15:56
When Tingo (US:TIO) goes bust and is shown to be a $2.5 billion Norfolk and the US Authorities ask Britain to extradite Chris Cleverly of African Potash infamy, Darren Mercer of BNN infamy and Dozy Mmobousi what will Foreign Secretary James Cleverly say? Yes they are cousins. More Tory sleaze vicar? Anyone sane reading Lucian's bombshell dossier yesterday - HERE- would mark this down as a slam dunk zero.
