Drowning in the stench of fraudster Chris Cleverly, the first cousin of our esteemed Home Secretary and fearless fighter of fraud James, Technology Minerals (TM1) has issued another ramptastic and wholly misleading RNS. It seems to have fooled some of the morons…Published 7 January 2024, 10:19
Every year ShareProphets publishes twenty year-end tips, and these tips overwhelm the Most Read article leaderboard. So I have separated them out, then listed the most read articles and then the most listened-to Bearcasts over the past seven days. The most read non-Quiz, non-Tom article last week is Steve Moore with Plant Health Care – “Brazil approves TEIKKO… excited about the developing plans”. Er, what about the developing funding situation? at No 3 or No 14 including Bearcasts and year-end tips.

I have warned repeatedly that the stench of career fraudster Chris Cleverly of Tingo (US:TIO) and African Potash (AFPO) infamy, rendered Technology Minerals (TM1) utterly uninvestable. I have now received a letter from an academic which I republish and will be forwarding to the FCA. Anyone reading the letter and still holding the shares is truly certifiable.Published 31 May 2023, 15:56
When Tingo (US:TIO) goes bust and is shown to be a $2.5 billion Norfolk and the US Authorities ask Britain to extradite Chris Cleverly of African Potash infamy, Darren Mercer of BNN infamy and Dozy Mmobousi what will Foreign Secretary James Cleverly say? Yes they are cousins. More Tory sleaze vicar? Anyone sane reading Lucian's bombshell dossier yesterday - HERE- would mark this down as a slam dunk zero. IG will allow you to short and if you want another reason...Published 19 December 2023, 08:50
As the SEC considers who else to charge over the Tingo (TIO) fraud there is now nobody on earth who cannot now accept that it was a fraud and that, as the first to call it out as such in September 2022, I am vindicated. I cannot remember a time exposing a fraud when its supporters responded with such venom.Published 18 September 2020, 14:10
Yesterday I noted how shitty little Aquis Listed Block Commodities had been fined £10,000 for lying to investors. In a way I celebrated as this was down to my work. But in a way not: I was cross.

I think we can now safely say that Tingo (US:TIO) shares are zeros. I was the first to flag up this as a fraud in September 2022 and for my troubles have received industrial scale trolling on twitter in a campaign orchestrated by Chris Cleverly. Well fuck you Chris you criminal dirtbag may your soul burn in hell: the SEC has today charged your man Dozy Mmobousi who was going to buy Sheffield United, with fraud. Dozy is accused of making millions via share sales and general corporate theft. Maybe Cleverly’s cousin James got him off the hook as Chris knew all about this. But so far only Dozy and Tingo Group plus two affiliate companies have been charged. The rap sheet from the SEC is below. An extra Metaxa for me tonight. Enjoy.Published 10 December 2023, 09:33
Here are the most read and most listened-to articles and Bearcasts on ShareProphets over the past seven days. In a new development, the most read non-Quiz, non-Tom article last week is the Chris Bailey's thoughts on BAT at No 5 or No 10 including Bearcasts.

This really should have been an ouzo o'clock moment as lying Chris Cleverley, Lord Hain of sleaze and the gang round at the African Potash (AFPO) fraud saw their shares suspended on the NEX lobster pot. But I was a good diabetic and had a Greek salad, medication and water instead. But I am off sick leave this morning because dissecting such unmitigated horseshit brings joy to my heart and is good for the blood pressure and the soul. This is comedy central from lyin' Chris who is still to follow through on his promise to sue me for libel. I can't think why. The Potash statement is in bold, the lie detection service is not. Brace yourself, this is funny.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. There’s trouble brewing at AIM-listed Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) in the wake of a total disaster at the company’s AGM. In an RNS released yesterday at 3.19pm (HERE) the company announced that every single one of the resolutions put to the AGM were rejected. Thus, following the departure of Chris Cleverly of African Potash (AFPO) infamy, two further directors have been ousted as their retirement by rotation became permanent as shareholders voted down their re-election.

Once again we get an RNS reach from spoof company Online Blockchain (OBC) run by the same gang who run ADVFN (AFN) which put out its own comedy release today as discussed in bearcast HERE. But this one is so special it needs a full translation service. The translation is in bold.

Oh dear. It seems that we have a slam-dunk breach of AIM Rules in the form of extremely honest Chris Cleverly’s AIM-listed African Potash AIM and its dealings with its Nomad Cantor Fitzgerald. It is Cantor and its lead QE Stewart Dickson who are in the spotlight today as we have at least 1 clear rule breach under its watch to report. We will start with a minor transgression and work upwards. Perhaps while Marcus Stuttard’s oxymorons at AIM Regulation consider the serious content of Tom Winnifrith’s recent missive (HERE) they might turn their attention to the quality of Nomad oversight demonstrated in what follows.

Last week the fraud run by Chris Cleverly of African Potash infamy, that is to say Tingo (TIO) said that it would publish its Q2 numbers and host a conference call today, 10th August. Bears like Hindenburg Research were ready to pounce with 38 questions Tingo could not answer. So what to do? Late last night Tingo said it was postponing its results to 21 August.Published 21 November 2023, 09:23
After the SEC suspended trading in the shares of the fraud Tingo (US:TIO) last week for at least a fortnight, Tingo filed a notice saying that it would not be filing its made up Q3 numbers with the SEC. It has now filed the numbers but they come with a big caveat:Published 6 March 2023, 15:33
Today I look at Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR), Ariana (AAU) and Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV). Then at Pantheon Resources (PANR) and at ADVFN (AFN). Finally Evil Banksta has sent me this Bulletin Board post below on Technology Minerals (TMI). I have always been bearish on this stock as any company in any way linked to Chris Cleverly is always a dog with fleas. The post below looks to be kosher, thought it may not be, so, I suspect, does not alter the bear case and my target remains 0p.Published 10 January 2024, 08:11
The Technology Minerals (TM1) hook up with “colourful” death spiral provider of last resort CLG, announced on Monday, is a massive red flag in itself. One feature is that only £2 million of the £5 million facility can be drawn down without the FCA approving the RTO of Chris Cleverly founded Recyclus. And that must be a problem given the Tingo (US:TIO) scandal. At the very least…Published 8 June 2023, 17:08
Having initially “refuted” the allegations made by Hindenburg Research and said it would provide its own detailed response, Chris Cleverly’s billion bucks fraud Tingo (TIO) has changed tack and brought in law form White & Case to review the claims. This is a bluff from the fraudsters’ playbook.Published 12 March 2023, 09:19

The share price of African Potash (AFPO) rocketed this week on news that it was moving into the fertiliser trading market. Previously the company has focused on its Lac Dinga project in the Congo, where initial drilling last year revealed the presence of significant potash deposits. But now, in the shorter term, it looks as though the tiny AIM-listed company will be shifting its focus to sourcing fertiliser from producers to then sell on, earning a cut of the proceeds for acting as the middle man.

Nate Anderson of Hindenburg Research is not letting go. His latest tweet shows another utterly blatant bit of fraud by Tingo (US:TIO) generating another completely bogus $110 million of sales no doubt on a high margin! This who compay is fake, its sales, its operations, its profits its reported cash. Stevie Wonder can see that, So what the hell is the SEC doing not closing it down and arresting Cleverly, Darren Mercer and Dozy Mmobousi? Moreover..Wednesday »
