Describing itself as “a world-leading locator of subsurface resources”, Getech Group (GTC) has issued a “Trading Update” headlined “Good progress in 2024, well positioned for an improved 2025”. So why then a share price 7.5% lower in response to 1.85p?
Describing itself as “a world-leading locator of subsurface resources”, Getech Group (GTC) has announced that it “is pleased to confirm… the company has, conditionally, raised gross proceeds of £1.5 million before expenses by way of a successful placing of, and subscription for, a total of 75,000,000 new ordinary shares”. What of this and the shares currently up to 2.35p?
Previously writing on company describing itself as “a world-leading locator of subsurface resources” Getech Group (GTC), in January with the shares up to 6.75p I noted trading and balance sheet caution and concluded to still avoid. The group today states that it “is pleased to announce its Final Results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2023”, but what of the shares, having previously closed at 7.5p, currently at 4.55p?
Describing itself as “a world-leading locator of subsurface resources”, Getech Group (GTC) has issued a “Multiple New Contract Wins”-titled announcement and the shares have currently sparked approaching 30% higher to 6.75p. Does the detail look to justify that or is the announcement ramptastic?
Emphasising it has “world-leading geoscience data and unique geospatial software products to accelerate the energy transition”, Getech Group (GTC) states that it provides a “trading update for the financial year ending on 31 December 2023, outlining the current trends both positive and negative which are expected to be reflected in the company's trading performance for the year”. The shares have currently responded more than 20% lower towards 5.5p, so much more negative trends than positive to be reflected in the trading performance?
Geoscience and geospatial provider Getech (GTC) has announced results for the first half of 2019 and noted “49% order book growth (£3.0 million at 30 June 2019) and a 57% expansion in annualised recurring revenue (£2.3 million at 30 June 2019)”…
Provider of geoscience and geospatial products and services, Getech (GTC) has updated including “although H1 2019 revenue was lower than in H1 2018, new sales have strengthened Getech's forward earnings path”…
Provider of geoscience and geospatial products and services to companies and governments, Getech (GTC) has announced 2018 calendar year results and that “we have entered 2019 with a busy schedule of sales campaigns and we consider Getech to be well positioned to deliver diversified organic growth”…
Provider of geological products and services Getech (GTC) has announced results for the first half of 2018, noting “a robust sales pipeline” and “we expect 2019 budgets to set a clearer and more positive path”...
Having recently slid below 35p, shares in Getech (GTC) have now recovered to that level ahead of results “on or around the end of September”…
