Sundae Bar AI (SBAR) is an abomination that should never have been listed by a cast of scumbags, on the AIM Casino, in the first place. It will, I predict, never ever make a profit and my end game target is 0p. Writing on 6 August HERE I noted:
The AIM Casino crypto turned AI joke that I have laughed at so many times Sundae Bar (SBAR) has another operational update hammered out on the Adam Reynolds keyboard. There is plenty of excitement, buzzwords about AI and how big that market will; be. The company is even changing its name, always a red flag to Sundae Bar AI as this “more accurately represents its activities, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and the delivery of intelligent, autonomous AI solutions.” Wankspeak.
I have been a perma bear of AIM Casino listed Jonathan Bixby spoof AI cum crypto dog Sundae Bar (SBRA) since it joined the AIM Casino c/o London’s worst Nomad Roland “Fatty” Cornish and both the share price performance and today’s utterly dismal and misleading interims vindicate that. Amazingly, at 4.4p, this piece of merde is still capitalised at £19 million. The shares could fall 75% and still be expensive.
In my earlier article today on Sundae Bar (SBAR) I looked at just how awful the results wereand why the company was heading for a cash crisis soon. Now to a series of accounting blunders which will see me heading to both my good pals at the Financial Reporting Council but also to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation.
I did warn you all! The elephant in the room in Sundae Bar’s (SBAR) horrendous year end loss of £26,967,466 is the goodwill impairment of £25,079,236 which the Directors attempt to downplay the severity of. How that goodwill was there in the first place seems to me to be a breach of some basic accounting rules and I shall explain later why that is and why I shall be contacting my pals at the Financial Reporting Council. But let’s look at the appalling numbers from a business which only listed last June 3.
Sundae Bar (SBAR) joined the AIM Casino as an AI play on June 3rd 2025 c/o London’s worst Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish. I warned at the time that its valuation at 8p was a laughable spoof as you would expect from an offering from the Bixby Edwards gang. Within a month it had tried and failed to jump on board the bitcoin in treasury bandwagon. Today the shares languish at 4.6p but that still values this crock at £20 million. The issue for CEO Jill Kenney is SMTM! Or lack of it!
The nest of vipers that is Sundae Bar: the predicted car crash accelerates
I supposed if you are advised by the morally bankrupt, journalist smearing PR mothers at Yellow Jersey you have some excuse for putting out such a daft release. But even so, the patsy for the Bixby/Edwards gang at Sundae Bar (SBAR), CEO Jill Kenny must take her shareholders for fools. In that, at least, she is, right.
I flagged up that the AIM listing of Sundae Bar (SBAR) was a complete rum ‘n’; coke with an absurd valuation almost as soon as it hit the markets c/o of London’s worst Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish HERE. But it seems that investors have woken up to this AI turned bitcoin in treasury spoof from the Bixby Edwards gang as a WRAP retail offer has flopped.
Though the CEO is Jill Kenney, feel the diversity comrades, the strings at Sundae Bar (SBAR) are being pulled by the Edwards and Bixby gang. Edwards and Bixby own 28% of the shares, Bixby is chairman and of course it is a total spoof and anyone owning the shares is bonkers.
