Tekmar – “pleased to report”… a trading warning!

Describing itself as “a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has issued a “Trading Update, Contract & Working Capital Facility” announcement including that it “is pleased to report that trading volumes in the second half of FY26 have continued to grow” and “a €6 million contract extension for a European offshore wind project”. So what about a current 11p share price, more than 10% lower?

TGP

Tekmar – argues “important milestone” contract award, but how’s the cash flow?

Describing itself as “a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has announced a contract it describes as “an important milestone… demonstrating continued momentum in its concrete solutions offering. It also reflects the development of the company under Project Aurora, allowing customers to take better advantage of its asset protection and offshore energy services offer under one integrated platform”. What about the shares currently up to 14.5p in response?

TGP

Tekmar – interims emphasise “trading for the period represents a significant improvement”… but it doesn’t in cash flow terms!…

Describing itself as “a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has announced results for its half-year ended 31st March 2026 including emphasising “trading for the period represents a significant improvement on HY25… On course to deliver stronger second half performance despite events in the Middle East”. So what about the shares currently at 15.5p in response, more than 7.5%lower?

TGP

Tekmar – full-year results, sufficiently improving financial performance and commercial momentum?

Describing itself as “a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has announced results for its year ended 30th September 2025 including emphasising “Improving financial performance and strong commercial momentum”. So what about a share price currently further down from a start of the month above 10.5p to 9p?

TGP

Tekmar – “Contract Award for Logistics Port Development”, how significant?…

Describing itself as “a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has issued a “Contract Award for Logistics Port Development”-titled announcement emphasising that “this award reflects the significant value Tekmar’s technology brings to the growing ports and harbours sector and highlights our continued success in developing a more diversified global footprint… We are very pleased to be able to strengthen our relationship with this key customer”. So what about a current share price response to 12.75p, slightly lower?

TGP

Tekmar – “US$10m Contract Award”, how “significant” is it?…

Describing itself as “a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services globally”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has announced a “US$10m Contract Award” – stating it “is pleased to announce a significant new contract award”. Hmmm – how much of ‘a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services globally’ is it then?

TGP

Tekmar – after already relying on second half weighting, now “conversion to orders has been slower than anticipated”!

Most recently writing on company describing itself as “a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services globally” Tekmar Group (TGP), last month with the shares at 6p I suggested caution including with its half-year results in June having included “profit delivery is expected to be weighted towards the second half” with that with “awards were slower than anticipated”. The shares most recently closed at 5.25p, and what of them currently down to 4.65p on the back of a “trading update”?

TGP

Tekmar – “New Contract Awards”, how significantly reflecting ‘continued progress’?…

Describing itself as “a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services globally”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has announced “New Contract Awards” in Qatar emphasising they “further strengthening Tekmar’s position in the region. They also reflect Tekmar’s continued strategic progress in developing its grouting capability as a complementary offshore service line”. How though is the group’s progress relative to its valuation at a 6p share price?

TGP

Tekmar – “Contract Awards”, but announcement RNS Reach attempted ramptastic?

A “Contract Awards”-titled announcement from Tekmar Group (TGP) includes that it “is pleased to announce it has recently secured a number of contract awards, with a cumulative value of approximately £6 million” and emphasising that it is “continuing to secure contract volume on more favourable terms and our pipeline and enquiry book remains healthy”. So what of a current more than 5% higher share price response to 9.25p?

TGP

Tekmar – “extension of banking facilities” and trading “in-line with management expectations”, but what do those mean from here?

Describing itself as “a leading provider of technology and services for the global offshore energy markets”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has announced “Extension of Banking Facilities” and that “financial performance for the current financial year to September 2023 remains in-line with management expectations set out in the interim results announced in June”. What of a share price currently responding more than 19% higher at 12.25p?

TGP

Tekmar – interims emphasising ‘positive adjusted EBITDA’, but what does it really mean?…

Describing itself as “a leading provider of technology and services for the global offshore energy markets”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has announced results for its half year ended 31st March 2023, emphasising that it “can look forward now with real confidence to leveraging our lead position as the market accelerates its investment in offshore wind”. So what of a share price currently up towards 11p in response, though still down from above 17p even early this year?

TGP

Tekmar – “new contract award”. How “significant” is it?...

Describing itself as “a leading technology and services provider for the global offshore energy markets”, Tekmar Group (TGP) states that it “is pleased to announce a significant new contract award”. What of a current share price response more than 8% higher to 9.75p?

Thank you for bringing us this Tom. This is the content I am here for. This and your exposés of those for whom "the golden age of fraud" has provided an ounce (or maybe a few tons) too much temptation.I was taught economic fundamentals in the late '80s by a generation of financial savants who rolled their eyes at the breakdown of the Bretton Woods accords they themselves learned the value of. Ever since we have been sowing the seeds for what must now inevitably follow.Cheap money creates asset bubbles, and a light-headedness like no other.

He's a nasty piece of work, that's for sure but he's just a bully. Note, he has to 'hide' in the Philippines and daren't come to UK!If he was a real man he would challenge you in court, in UK, with proper lawyers etc. and not resort to snide and defamatory remarks on a private board. What I can't understand is why he bothers? This, after all, is a private, subscribers only message board and by-and-large the membership are your supporters so whatever rubbish he posts on here is not going to change anything. Does he post this crap anywhere else? I wouldn't think he'd be so stupid as to post it on X or FB.Anyway, BuriedTreasure sums it up perfectly in his post below.Keep up the good work, Tom.
