Seeing Machines – “interim extension of convertible loan notes”, refinancing challenges then?

Seeing Machines (SEE) CEO Paul McGlone is “pleased with the response of investors and the broader market to the recent release of our half-year trading results and quarterly KPIs, and we are particularly pleased to the market reaction to the launch of our Human-Centred Physical AI platform for robotics”. What then about now a current approaching 12% lower share price response, to 4.15p, to an “Interim extension of convertible loan notes” announcement?

SEE

Seeing Machines – “Advanced Robotics Development Contract”, “global” expansion or attempted ramptastic?

Transport safety-focused “vision-based monitoring technology” company, Seeing Machines (SEE) has issued a “Advanced Robotics Development Contract”-titled announcement commencing including that it “is pleased to announce that it has secured an Advanced Development Contract with a global industrial technology company focused on factory automation and human-robot interaction”. What about a current share price response to 4.975p, a few percent lower?

SEE

Seeing Machines – “delivers… strong FY2026 performance”. Er, does it?

Seeing Machines (SEE) headlines an update today “Automotive production volumes exceed 2.1 million in a record quarter as the business reaches inflection point. Seeing Machines delivers profitable second half and strong FY2026 performance”. What about the shares in response up to just above 5p but still down from above 6p early in 2026?

SEE

Seeing Machines – “wins two new Japanese OEM programs”, how’s royalty growth acceleration though?

‘Vision-based monitoring technology’ company Seeing Machines (SEE) has issued a “wins two new Japanese OEM programs” announcement emphasising they “further strengthen the company’s growing Automotive pipeline and position in the global in-cabin sensing market”. What about the shares up to 4.4p in response, but still down from above 6p early this year?

SEE

Seeing Machines – “$3.8m Order”, materially ‘encouraging’ or rather attempted ramptastic?

‘Operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety’ company Seeing Machines (SEE) has announced a $3.8 million purchase order for its Guardian Backup-driver Monitoring System from “a leading North American autonomous driving company”, emphasising its “technology ensures consistent, reliable human oversight supporting safer deployment today while enabling the industry’s transition to full autonomy. Encouragingly, this order reflects increasing momentum in Aftermarket, with Q4 FY2026 Guardian revenue for the quarter-to-date now exceeding total revenue delivered in Q3 FY2026”. What about a current more than 8% higher share price to 4.45p in response?

SEE

Seeing Machines – “pleased to report” quarterly KPIs, but what about bottom-line performance and the balance sheet?

‘Operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety’ company Seeing Machines (SEE) states that it “is pleased to report its quarterly Key Performance Indicators for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 ("Q3 FY2026")” including firstly emphasising “1,284,557 units produced in Q3 FY2026, up 122% from the previous quarter and up 259% from the previous corresponding quarter, establishing a materially higher quarterly run-rate”. That sounds good, but how good is it from a currently up to around 4.6p share price, £226 million market cap?

SEE

Seeing Machines – interims, is ‘royalty growth acceleration’ to arrive quickly enough?

Most recently on “computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety” Seeing Machines (SEE), last month with the shares falling to 3.125p I wrote ‘emphasises “Automotive Growth Inflection Point Approaches”… but it looks to need to quickly!’, concluding the risks suggested to still avoid/sell. The shares most recently closed at 3.1p and what about them currently falling below 3p on half-year results headlined “GSR to accelerate royalty growth as Seeing Machines scales beyond 4.8 million cars on road”?

SEE

Seeing Machines – emphasises “Automotive Growth Inflection Point Approaches”… but it looks to need to quickly!

Describing itself as an “advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety”, Seeing Machines (SEE) has issued a trading update headlined including “Automotive Growth Inflection Point Approaches”. So what about a current share price response to 3.125p, more than 25% down?

SEE

Seeing Machines – emphasises “technology set to ramp in China”, but how materially?

Seeing Machines (SEE) has issued a “Collaboration with Magna milestone in China” announcement including that it “continues to set new standards in automotive safety through its collaboration with Magna, one of the world's largest Tier 1 Automotive suppliers”. With the shares currently up more than 6% in response at 3.65p, what’s the milestone detail?

SEE

Seeing Machines – “Advanced Development Project with Japanese OEM”, but what about cash flow?…

Describing itself as an “advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety”, Seeing Machines (SEE) has issued an “Advanced Development Project with Japanese OEM”-titled announcement including CEO Paul McGlone emphasising it “marks an exciting milestone in our expansion within the Japanese automotive market… look forward to strengthening this partnership, receiving the formal award in due course and delivering innovative in-cabin technology that enhances transport safety globally”. What about that and the shares currently slightly higher at 3.5p in response?

SEE

Seeing Machines – emphasises revenue “ahead of market expectations”, but how creditable is that?…

Describing itself as an “advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety”, Seeing Machines (SEE) has issued a trading update announcement including as a headline “Growing Automotive royalties, healthy Guardian pipeline and cost management initiatives pave way to profitability” and ‘Key Financial Highlights’ including “Reported Revenue for FY2025 is expected to be in the range of US$62m - $63m, ahead of market expectations” and “Cash at 30 June 2025 of US$23.1m (FY2024: US$23.5m)”. So what about a share price in response, already down from a start of 2025 4.55p, currently slightly further down at around 3p?

SEE

Seeing Machines – “Director/PDMR Shareholding” acquisition, meaningful confidence or attempted ramptastic?…

Describing itself as an “advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety”, Seeing Machines (SEE) has announced that CFO Martin Ive has purchased 568,000 shares and that “following these purchases, Mr Ive is now beneficially interested in 10,925,726 ordinary shares”. Good news then?

SEE

Seeing Machines – interims, does cost reduction ‘underpin’ cash flow break-even sustainably from 2025?

Most recently writing on company describing itself as an “advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety” Seeing Machines (SEE), last month with the shares down to 3.3p I concluded ahead of expected half-year results on 27th March, still a growth and cash burn concerns avoid/sell. What about now those results and the shares currently at 2.4p in response?

Naive? Point of order - having done the due diligence you and others hadn't I had been calling Ganesarajah and his imaginary £2M out for a while when you were still tipping his company and platforming him at Sharestock!
