The 25 most-read articles on ShareProphets this year

In 2025, your ShareProphets team wrote 1524 articles. Many were great tips, others were the type of crusading journalism that you won’t find anywhere else, and a few – those chef’s kisses – were the fraud exposés that have kept you coming back for 13 years. Here are the 25 stories that ShareProphet’s readers read the most.

  1. Skinbiotherapeutics: A reader contacts AIM Regulation and the FCA re inaccurate forecasts
I do not disagree with a word in this email. I have also made my views clear to the regulators. It is abundantly clear that forecasts out there are wrong and that the company and its house broker knows all about it and is happy to see a false market continue. The reader writes:

  2. Auction Technology Group – emphasises “highly strategic addition” acquisition. Er, what about the existing business profit warning though?…
Auction Technology Group (ATG) has issued an “Acquisition”-titled announcement headlined “Acquisition of Chairish LLC to further strengthen our leadership position in the online arts & antiques market” and detailing that is paying the $85 million price in cash, so what about a current approaching 20% lower share price response to below 390p?

  3. Letter to the FCA and AIM Regulation: Investigation into Stuart Ashman and Skinbiotherapeutics PLC
I just cannot see how Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) did not lead investors up the garden path, by omission not act, ahead of the June 16 2025 placing raising £4.2 million at 17p. Heads really should roll and if Nomad Singer is too weak to act against disgraced CEO Stuart Ashman and the company I have written to both the FCA and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation asking for an immediate enquiry.

  4. The View From The Montana Log-Cabin As Gold Slips, Miners Ahead
Gold closed the week at $3,334, down a notch from last week’s $3,398 but still within its recent range. The miners, however, pushed higher as can be seen on the chart below (courtesy of ADVFN) of Gold against the ETFs GDX (majors), GDXJ (juniors) and GOEX (explorers).

  5. Letter to the FCA: Georgina Energy, suspend now & internal enquiry needed
I have written to the FCA not only about why Georgina Energy (GEX) shares need to be suspended now but about why the FCA needs an internal enquiry into how it approved the 2024 RTO prospectus.

  6. BREAKING BOMBSHELL: The Drummond Brothers MedPal AI: – Inaccurate AIM admission document fails to identify a material black hole
Today MedPal AI launched a retail offer to raise £360,600 alongside the AIM IPO alongside a placing of £1,639,400 placing all at 4p. MedPal AI’s bosses the Drummond Brothers say they expect the shares to commence trading on 26 August 2026. But if AIM regulation give a fuck, it will put a stp to that after this damning expose.

  7. The View From The Montana Log-Cabin As Gold Tries Again For $3,400 And Stocks Run
Gold closed the week at $3,398 after a bit of a wild week: weakness to start with, then a rise on Trump tariffs on Switzerland which were then denied…..but Gold held firm anyway. Meanwhile, as can be seen on the chart below of Gold against the mining ETFs GDX (majors), GDXJ (juniors) and GOEX (explorers), the miners ran away with the prize.

  8. Tekmar – “New Contract Awards”, how significantly reflecting ‘continued progress’?…
Describing itself as “a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services globally”, Tekmar Group (TGP) has announced “New Contract Awards” in Qatar emphasising they “further strengthening Tekmar’s position in the region. They also reflect Tekmar’s continued strategic progress in developing its grouting capability as a complementary offshore service line”. How though is the group’s progress relative to its valuation at a 6p share price?

  9. WINNILEAKS EXPOSÉ: Has nobody told Julie ”Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer (not MBE) the bad news?
Oh dear, Oh dear. It sees that either the bad news has not reached Julie Meyer NOT MBE yet or someone is in denial. A co-conspirator still on her non GDPR complain spam list has received an email this morning as you can see below.

  10. Bytes Technology – directors shares purchases, how meaningful?…
Bytes Technology Group (BYIT) has announced shares purchases by Chair Patrick De Smedt, CEO Sam Mudd, Non-Executives Anna Vikström Persson and Ross Paterson and Director of Group Finance Paul Emms. How encouraging are these from a currently up to 390p share price?

  11. The 40 professions most at risk from AI and the 10 safest places for your kids to work according to Microsoft
The list below of the 40 most at risk professions makes grim reading for this family and inded any middle class family sending their kids to University. Top of the list is what my eldest, Olaf, wanted to do but the translation industry has already been decimated by AI. But it gets worse...

  12. Kefi Gold & Copper – Tulu Kapi project co-lending banks approvals in, full project funding sign-off even closer
Steve Moore writes: Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) has issued a “Co-Lenders’ Boards and Committees Approve Project”-titled announcement related to its key Tulu Kapi gold project in Ethiopia. How key is the latest development, with the shares currently just over 6% higher at 0.565p in response? It would seem massive...

  13. The View From The Montana Log-Cabin As Gold Surges Late Week, Stocks Don’t Follow
Gold closed the week at $3,362 – up a little bit on last week’s $3,336 but that does not tell the story. As per the previous week, the price of Gold swung wildly: this time to the downside before surging on Friday to post a small overall gain. But as can be seen on the chart below of the yellow stuff against its miners, the ETFs GDX (majors), GDXJ (juniors) and GOEX (explorers), the miners didn’t really back up Gold’s recovery.

  14. EXPOSÉ: Satsuma Technology new CFO: out of the frying pan into the fire
Today Satsuma (formerly TAO Alpha) (SATS) has announced a Board change which some folk seem to think is good news. Think again. Satsuma states:

  15. Asking the FCA to investigate Nicola Horlick's Money & Co
I am nothing if not a good citizen and this morning I had a long chat with a nice young man called Dan at the FCA. I am not sure he entirely gripped the accounting points that I was explaining in as simlpe terms as I could manage and so it was agreed that I should report Nicola Horlick's Denmark Square Limited, trading as Money & Co and authorised by the FCA, in writing. I have done just that, requesting a formal enquiry. I am now also in discussions with my pals at the FRC as to whether Denmark's misleading accounts come under its remit, I fear not but it's worth checking it out. My letter to the FCA follows:

  16. Diane Savory OBE: is there something that you are thoroughly ashamed about?
She is an OBE, she boasts on LinkedIn that she is an "experienced chair". She used to head up the Cheltenham Literary festival. What is there for Dr Diane Savory not to boast about, she is an all round member of the great and the good.

  17. Aurrigo International – a “trial” announcement following “new contract” announcement, attempted ramptastic?…
Describing itself as “a leading international provider of transport technology solutions”, Aurrigo International (AURR) has issued a “Launch of Auto-Shuttle Trial in Canada”-titled announcement, stating that it “is pleased to announce a new project… to deploy Canada’s first all-season, medium-speed autonomous shuttle trial in Kanata North Technology Park, Canada’s largest technology park”. What’s the detail, with the shares currently responding more than 5% higher to 50p?

  18. Liam Byrne MP vs bear raiders Fraser Perring & Boatman Capital: Expect news soon!
The scandal of the shameful smearing as “Russian assets” of my pals the short sellers Fraser Perring and Boatman Capital in the House of Commons by Labour MP Liam Byrne is not going away. You will remember that the smear lines were provided by now proven fraudsters that Perring was exposing.

  19. GOTCHA! Versarien admits shareholders will lose everything, now lets talk about 5 million quid of Tory sleaze
Well at least Versarien (VRS) gave disgraced founder Neill Ricketts one last payout a couple of weeks ago.

For shareholders, as long predicted by myself, today comes a warning that the shares are going to 0p and the company int administration. Given the way Rcketts trolled me and his shareholders discussed having me killed and how to get my wife sacked, you will forgive my lack of sympathy here. Hopefully administration will also expose five million quid of Tory sleaze.

  20. Aurrigo International – after in February arguing “a positive year”, now expects “to fall significantly below current market expectations”!
Most recently on Aurrigo International (AURR), in February with it describing itself as “a leading international provider of transport technology solutions” and arguing “a positive year”, I wrote what about the share price slumping from 90p to below 50p then?, and concluded a still longer-term funding question and the AIM awards typical counter-indicator still avoid. The shares most recently closed at 73p, but what about them currently back down towards 50p following an “H1 FY25 Trading Update, Outlook, £1m Grant Funding” announcement?

  21. Video: Skinbiotherapeutics and the scale of the revenue miss, pre placing
A helpful reader supplies a video of a man that certain commentators, habitually resident a long way up a Tyneside rectum, say that I really should respect and not refer to as the bearded, troughing, useless Geordie poltroon. That is to say Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) CEO Stuart Ashman. In it he discusses the forecasts published on July 7 by Singer analyst Karl “Kevin” Keegan.

  22. The View From The Montana Log-Cabin As Jerome Powell Finds Himself In A Jackson Hole
Gold closed the week at $3,370, boosted sharply on Friday by Jerome Powell’s Jackson Hole speech when he conceded that there may need to be a policy adjustment: in other words, interest rates are going to drop at the Fed’s September meeting. The gain, up from last week’s $3,334, was sharp but as can be seen on the chart below of Gold against its miners, the ETFs GDX (majors), GDXJ (juniors) and GOEX (explorers), completely outdone by the miners.

  23. Gold Shares: A Buying Opportunity, Two Bitcoin In Treasury Plays And A Naughty Boy
My Gold share portfolio is doing quite nicely – largely thanks to the rise of fully-listed Golden Prospect (GPM). But three other companies are giving me pause for thought as I consider what to do, along with a former favourite.

  24. Costain remains a good company to hold long term with plenty of new projects in the pipeline
Costain (COST) has done a good job of turning things around since I covered the shares as a long term buy and hold back in 2023, and the company now looks to be in a much better place going forwards.

  25. Pri0r1ty Intelligence: joining the US OTCQB spoofers and charlatans
Lenigas, O’Hara, Bramhill, Poulden, all the knaves have insisted that a dual listing on the OTCQB Bulletin Board will mean great things only for the shares to trade almost never. I have highlighted numerous red flags at Pri0r1ty (PR1), the creation of James Sheehan so here is another.
