A clown and a knave agree on how cheap a stock is – a video kiss of death

I shall let you decide who is the clown and who the knave: In the video below, the Sith Lord Zak Mir interviews Hewie Rattray of London Bitcoin Company (BTC). It is just amazing. What is jaw dropping is how the two chumps agree that last summer’s spike to 56p was both overdone and all to do with the market. Nothing to do with the utterly shameless ramping by Hewie and his chairman Big Dave Lenigas. Then...

BTC

Hewie Rattray of London Bitcoin and two videos from less than a year ago - boy does he look a monumental prat & arrogant young man

Shares in London Bitcoin (BTC) have plunged from 56p to just 1.45p in less thana year and, as I explained earlier, have a long way to fall further. CEO Hewie Rattray who masterminded buying bitcoin at up to $119,000 ( its now $63,500) is an arrogant young man. Watch the videos below as he explains less than a year ago how Michael Saylor is a genius with no need to hedge, Warren Buffett is an "old dude" who does not know what he's talking about and how there is no point dollar cost averaging, you just buy as much bitcoin as fast as you can. Young folks eh...they always know better.

London Bitcoin Company: fess up needed on fiat crisis

On March 5 the David Lenigas spoof London Bitcoin Company (BTC) ‘fessed that it had been forced to sell 5.99 of its bitcoin to realise $474,409 to pay bloated PLC costs as well as its early stage gold exploration activities. Since then, the bitcoin price has fallen sharply meaning that the company’s 1000 strong bitcoin mining fleet will be burning even more cash. In short London Bitcoin must be almost out of fiat and struggling to pay its bills.

Am I dreaming or was David Lenigas being a bit naughty last night?

For some reason, early evening yesterday, I found myself logging into one of those online chat-athons on X hoisted by the London Bitcoin Company (BTC) with 4 speakers. One was 13 year old CEO Hewie Rattray, rushing to get the meeting concluded before his parents sent him up to beddy-byes. Tomorrow being a school day and all that. Two were tedious twerps whose names and utterances I cannot remember. Then there was chairman Big Dave Lenigas.

BTC

London Bitcoin Company – a few questions

I see that shares in the London Bitcoin Company (BTC) the box of frogs, failed bitcoin miner cum bitcoin in treasury spoof cum gold explorer run by the old rogue David Lenigas have headed back up to 2.55p.  That leaves Lenigas sitting on a 900% gain on his shortly before IPO investment and mug punters now sitting on losses from peak ramp of only 96%. Before anyone gets carried away, a few questions::

BTC

London Bitcoin Company – how about a FY trading statement clarifying solvency? Or lack of it?

The year end for David Lenigas spoof the London Bitcoin Company (BTC) is February 28 and so how about a year end trading statement because: here’s the thing, with bitcoin down to $63,000 how on earth can Big Dave pretend his company is truly viable. The shares were 56p at peak ramp last July but are now 2.05p. My target is 0p. Let’s start with Michael Burry of “The Big Short” fame!

Retail are not supposed to be able to get hold of instie research which is meant to be available only to “elective professional investors”. I don’t know though to what extent Research Tree enforce this term in their T&Cs. So Archer’s stuff is defo available and free, and where there is no meaningful broker research better to have his stuff than not.

the net income (ie profit) in H1 was $13.6m on output of sub 10,000 oz. H2 output will be 15-25,000 oz so id view it as a nailed on cert that AMRQ will report a FY profit

Well said. But it may be premature to call the company profitable in the middle of the year – especially when it was presumably putting a shine on everything for the move to the main market.
