EXPOSE: £24m cap Eight Capital Partners declared profit but a looming liquidity challenge
Profit is a matter of opinion. In its interim results for the half calendar year Eight Capital Partners (ECP) recorded a profit of £904,000. Eight earned a meagre £35,000 after costs from its advisory business. Administration costs were £381,000. The profit was due to recorded investment income of £1,250,000 due from its holdings in the SFE Bond it obtained in exchange for its bond due from The Avantgarde Group S.p.A controlled by Alessandro Zamboni.
