Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. Since getting on board the good ship Active Energy (AEG) in 2017, Michael Rowan has raised £31 million. Today there is c£150,000 left in the kitty and one asset which is up for sale but nobody seems to want to buy it, even for a little over a hundred grand. Its shares are suspended as its remaining cash is not enough to pay the audit fee and it is spaffing £30,000 a month. Amazingly, I can reveal, that Rowan has rejected a rescue proposal.
