Actually after spending some time to think about this matter, I have concluded that this is a MASSIVE GREEN FLAG.
I see this action as a buy signal.
Share Price to go substantially North from here.
I don’t care what the directors get paid but if the company becomes more valuable that is all that matters.
Nothing wrong with Incentatives, it drives people.

Green flag??? Where? Are you colour blind?
This company has been too suspect to me for a while. They only report on the metrics that suit them, not real pre tax profit growth, etc. One profit warning last summer and no new news for a while. Buyer beware!
