Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
The Bulletin Board Morons insist that the calamitous share price decline at Quindell (QPP) is down to wicked shorters, me, the CIA etc. and point to the purchases of stock by the board. But folks you have been conned, let me reveal who has been selling aggressively (to you, you fools) and driving the share price down, it is the Country Club insiders.

Tom, I would write to the Institutions who invested in this company and ask if they were aware that this was the intended strategy. I think had they known this, less institutional money would have been invested. Secondly, can I draw your attention to JQW whilst a slightly different scenario, I would suggest the advisors to Qdog consider their position.

It isn’t just the cesspit of the AIM markets, bad as it is. You have to give credit to the type of investors who use it, it was no different on the USM.
A lot of investors lost fortunes on the USM, but they had the same attitudes as a lot investors on AIM.
Whenever they lost, it was everyone else to blame, it isn’t easy realizing you have been taken for a mug, it is even more difficult overcoming the losses.
In all these decades there isn’t a mistake I haven’t made, cock up/screw up I haven’t done, been a mug, sometimes still am, but they all have one thing in common. They were all my fault, in all the circumstances the red flags were there to see, is was me that chose to ignore them. More fool me.
I was invested in QPP, I dumped when I read on share prophets, they had excluded the press from an AGM. In over 4 decades I have never known a company do that before, as all this comes out, you can understand why.
Unless Terry can find a way of getting his shares out, a good percentage of his gains he scammed out of TIG, he will lose, I wonder how those shareholders he left behind in TIG will feel about that

Thanks Tom for drawing my attention to the state of ULT I’m now out.

““These Quindell shares will be subject to lock-in arrangements ranging from 12 to 36 months”. June 30th is less than 12 months later and JSK owns ZERO shares.”
Absolutely jaw dropping! That’s it then – you’ve well and truly nailed them and there can be no defence of this. Will their sentencing be open to the public? If so I imagine there’ll be a stampede amongst QPP shareholder to attend!

You could put a pound of Lurpak in your gob,and you still wouldn’t be able to spread it in the morning.
You and the idiots in the share action group have trolled off, got personal, been caustic of anyone who comes to any BB you can find whenever anyone is critical of qpp and Terry, alluding they have mental issues, are crocks, cocks, made threats, attempted to damage good business, you name it you have said it. Yet you merely dismiss it when some key players instrumental in bringing the qpp buy and build business together sell out. You have drummed on when directors buy piss piddling nos of shares, that even I could afford, faith in this bucket of piss, my arse.
Some of these shares sold were subject to lock ins, which means once again your chairman is a liar.
The only reason your pissed at this website and others is because they have exposed qpp for what it is they are closing all doors on qpp’s frauds, you are going to see the qpp balance sheets as they really are, and you and your paper losses will be locked in with them.
You had better have the deepest of deep pockets, you are going to need them, you are going to be left a choice, bail it out, or you bail out. you may as well fuck off and do it now, it is your choice.
For probably the first time in your life your going to have to wipe your own perfumed arse, no one is going help you out of this one.

Bloody well said Phil!
Wish I could go out robbing people and get my arse kissed by them as I do it!
Quindell shareholder’s they are totally unique!
Anyone looking to pick up a farm on cheap? Might be one going soon!
Yep, they borrow, put in their life savings, spend their house deposit money, buying worthless pieces of confetti!
How did that song go……
‘ And now the end is near, I face the final curtain’
You know that’s true when you get one of Mr Terry’s old guard…. Dominic Milton who held 29,724,764 shares, 2.20% of Quindell at the time they reversed into Mission Capital, April 2011.
Rats and sinking ships!, eh?

“Wish I could go out robbing people and get my arse kissed by them as I do it!”
There does seem to be a mutated Stockholm syndrome element to it all!
Anyway, never mind picking up a farm on the cheap – I’ve a British-built bridge in Arizona that may interest a few people…

Tom, what source are you using for this?
The share register analysis prepared by Argus Vickers Ltd at 5 September 2014 (the latest date I have) shows a JS Knowles (sic) holding 1.2m shares (ie the 18m he was issued in September 2013). It’s possible he has held other shares at other times under the name J Stretton-Knowles.
Argus Vickers also show the Beck family (LJ Beck, Mrs Pauline Beck) as still holding millions of shares (4,863,520).
Hassan Sidiq & Elizabeth Dawson have never appeared in own names on the Argus Vickers summary. I think whatever shares they may have held at any time must be in an unidentified nominee.

Hello Charlie – from your post above, no 9 – The share register analysis prepared by Argus Vickers Ltd at 5 September 2014 (the latest date I have) shows a JS Knowles (sic) holding 1.2m shares (ie the 18m he was issued in September 2013). It’s possible he has held other shares at other times under the name J Stretton-Knowles.
How does that holding of 1.2m shares relate to the 18m he was issued with in Sept 2013? Does this mean he has ‘sold’ 16.8m and were the 18m subject to a lock-in arrangement?
