Breaking news and expert analysis on fast-moving AIM and LSE listed shares

As it happens I was just having a long chat with my good pals at the UKLA (part of the FCA) today. What fine fellows they are. So they have turned down Quindell’s application to move up from the AIM Cesspit to the main market. Rob Terry tries to spin it as a minor issue but this is a disaster. Across the UK Bulletin Board Morons are feeling the pain as the shares have plunged to 12p. Guys you should have listened to The Sheriff of AIM with my many red flag warnings (another one today HERE) rather than slating me. You can all buy me a drink after the AGM next week to say sorry.

Exactly. QPP tries to blame the failed listing on “Rule 6.1.3E (5)”, but this is not necessarily the only issue (or the main one). I would be amazed if advisers were not aware of this rule.
Hope there will be video footage of the AGM and dont regret your bad investment in QPP too much!

Have you seen the rejection letter entire contents ?
Or are you being mischievious indicating you know the contents ?
Knowing what an upstanding fellow you are I know you will confirm this ? ie that the UKLA have leaked you the contents?
Perhaps you could publish it from an “undisclosed source” ?
But that would make you an insider would it not. What with you buying shares this week after getting insider info from the listing authority this week I am sure the FCA will be wanting to look into your massive position .The shares moved this A.M well before the RNS so clearly some were in “the know “ Perhaps we should look for a prosecution of the listing authority ?
I wonder if friends and family of listing authority officials have been dealing? . Might be worth your while complaining to the FCA about the conduct of the UKLA ? and how it was that this info leeked prior to the RNS publication. Obviously QPP would not leak it judging by how they micro manage any potentially bad news ?

I was also wondering whether this was the only reason for rejection.
Also agree with WR – definitely looks like a leak this morning (possibly even yesterday) before the announcement.
If there were other reasons however, would QPP not have to release this information to Shareholders?

Missing the main point…..the issue should not be about Quindell it should be about the FCA. Tom, could you inform your friends at the FCA that the purpose of AIM is to nurture fledging companies. Young companies able to borrow money and grow. So if you become successful on AIM and have very good growth for each of your three years, the FCA, can step in with Rule 6.1.3E(5)……sorry mate… you have been too successful!!!!….that should be the main point….not Quindell.

dont be silly ……..the purpose of Aim is to remove all the cash from BB morons until they are wiped out completely of their life savings and the same to long term investors who have the audacity to stray from the FTSE . This is called redistribution of wealth from the poor to the very rich city capitalists . Its the way of the world.
Aim for the benefit of fledgling companies ! ………..what ever gave you that idea ?

I see you have changed your position from insinuating you know the contents of the UKLA letter to QPP re its non acceptance for listing on the mainmarket .
Now I see you are asking for supply of that information to the market .
Clearly you dont know the contents at all but are just being mischievous ?
Publish or be dammed would seem appropriate here !
