Disclosure: I own shares in one or more of the stocks mentioned. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
I am getting tired of Quindell’s (QPP) lamentable failure to answer basic questions, notably in regard to Quindell Property Services (see HERE and HERE) and hence I have done something I thought I would never do – I have bought shares in the company. Norra lot.

Ive heard they are paying Cheryl Cole to intercept you outside the venue with an invite for “coffee” . Thus you will need strong will power !
Dr Alice does it for me …..but we are all different I suppose . As far as I know she cant sing , although she does do wild water swimming . The Mrs says I have no chance .Even with the hernia truss on its tightest notch .

Tw, qpp have had a blackout of info ever since the gc attack, can you blame them, you dont mention cannacord, are you happy now that they cant comment whilst part of the premium listing process?

At AGMs Management answer questions from the owners of their company. I am now a part owner & have some questions. Lets see how QPP answers.
Re Canacord you are talking cock ( as per usual). Watch the video here to find out why.

* Declare my interest – I am a QPP shareholder. Ho Ho Ho
Jon Fiennes
Do you feel that taking shares to gain access to a company you do not support is a fair thing to do in the circumstances Tom ?
Your interests are as a writer, antagonistic to Quindell and prone to asking questions in an abusive and slanted way. Apologies but we have seen the kind of thing too often as your hallmark in trade.
If you consider there will be many people at the meeting who have very legitimate cause to ask their own questions, having suffered extensive losses, due in large part to the Gotham incident. An event you have largely been supportive of in your own writings. You have a privileged position of being able to contact Quindell directly as and when you choose to ask questions yourself. Better you use that channel. If you didn’t abuse that privilege so roundly I am sure you would find it more fruitful.
Your tone and track record makes it very plain your intent is mischievous and illustrates the interest of innocent, legitimate shareholder who have suffered greatly, are of no interest to you
If you pursue this course of action, it will be clear to all that you are not just abusive, but that you have little or no moral compass, and you are frankly a thoughtless, self serving trouble maker.
No doubt you will try to lay claim to the high moral ground of journalistic activity. You will sadly fall short on that in what is a hypocritical and cynical action, threatening to damage the interest of legitimate investors, many of whom will travel from far away, for very limited access to the company. I know others in your profession who will see your intended actions, as disrespectful to innocent investors, and an act likely to assist those trying to exploit Gotham and itsfall out through endless mudslinging and shorting.

Quindell is NOT answering my questions as a journalist. Legitimate questions as to RNS statements that contradict on share issues etc.
So I will – as I have done in the past – buy shares and go to the AGM to pose those questions. At past AGMs I find most shareholders ask no hard questions – much to their eternal shame – and so they should be grateful for my presence.
If you wish to stick your head in the sand or ram it so far up Rob Terry’s arse that you can just ignore statements that do not add up that is your prerogative.
Mine as a journalist is to seek answers to legitimate questions by any legal means. Which I am doing.
I have every respect for investors ( innocent or otherwise) which is why I want the truth. Don’t you?

Obviously you lost alot of your “hard earned” by dumping alot of money on one particular Aim share then ? Anyone who invested at the QPP top end of around 44p should examine their own actions rather than blame the writers here . Ever heard of a spike . Aim is famous for them . its never a good plan to join a rally at the top . Wait for the fall back next time …….there always is one on AIM , sooner rather than later usually . Spread your risk …… no more than 5% per trade or 7% per long position and you can then take the losses and ride the winners .
Kind knievil
As far as your balanced and investigative journalism goes, have you got anywhere looking into roble sl or gotham city research. Have they answered any of your questions?
HM
HI – Interesting angle from all sides. I sold my AIM listed shares at Break even and kept a handful so to at least to have a reason to follow the “action” and learn from mistake(s). To date I am not disappointed!

I dont always agree with you but good on you for having the bottle to go to the meeting to ask questions.

I have found much of what I have read on QPP here doubtful, but I applaud you Tom and look forward to learning what happens.

As a shareholder negative comments aren’t always nice to hear but I would prefer the truth and therefore also applaud Tom …. would like your updated thoughts on BLNX sometime now they are back in the low 60p’s ? Thanks

Wildlrides I own a successful growing plastic component manufacturing company which has been in the family for some time. I won’t tell you how much that turns over a year. I have some other business interests, and a broad investment portfolio, which my accountant, a family friend largely looks after. We do have a relatively modest investment in Quindell, which has lost some money but in the scheme of things it is no great issue. I also happen to know some people who have lost a lot with Quindell, and I am appalled at at the events that have led up to the present situation and the damage done. I don’t know what your finances are like and I don’t care. I think you should feel the same about mine. Before you lecture people on their finances you should consider you know nothing about their positions.

So thats why the price is down again today. Tom if you buy into LGO please mail me before you go public so I can sell up and run like hell

I am sure that news of my purchase of a couple of hundred quid of shares was 100% responsible.
Nothing to do with the weedy statement on move to the Full list as covered with such panache and humour at

Whys everyone so afraid of legitimate questioning of the Board. Surely they should welcome it, either to reinforce their decision to invest or expose flaws that the management would prefer hidden.
Having said that, Im sure it’ll be lost on most of the BB morons. I think you’ll be safe enough Tom as most of them only have the cahonas when theyre attacking anonymously.
Btw Wildrides, its Professor Alice, not Dr. ;)

Just outing you ( successfully ) as a bitter and twisted QPP investor who has lost money . Plenty of folks made money on QPP by following safe investment rules as indicated in my post . They are happy bunnies . Its always the ones that have lost money trading stocks with too large a position and / or piss poor risk management that come on here and winge like an angry housewife.
The flack QPP has attracted (Twice ) and its subsequent drop in SP were well justified and thats what shorters are there for ie flag up companies with issues . After all, the flying pigs ( sorry AIM regulators and FCA ) are not going to do it . God bless the shorters I say . They save me a bomb and then enable me to make a bomb on the bounce !
The Aim market is regulated by shorters and so is the FTSE and a dam good job they do stopping us all being “ponzied” right left and centre.
Phillip ……. well the beeb used to intro her as Dr Alice Roberts ……… before her “ piled higher and deeper” I presume . She is still hot tho ! even if she is a Prof now .

Hi, I read that you will be attending the AGM. I am not currently in the UK and I am a share holder of Quindell with an average of 32p. Please could you help me post a few question if you see fit?
I am very unhappy with the share consolidation issue because it is totally unfair to the Private Investors who trusted the company and bought their share at 40p and above. When are our shares going to be profitable again? Is the company willing to consider to consolidate the share at 500p a share or if the company is confident of its position, are they willing to wait for the share price to recover at least close to 40p before consider consolidating again?
Sorry for the trouble.
Jon Fiennes
Tom
My concern is not that useful questions might be asked and information gained at the AGM, but that history will repeat itself there, in line with approach and level of success here.
You say you have not received answers to your questions. I tried to make the point in another post that “shouting” half developed questions at a company, often with a commentary of abuse and obscenity is unlikely to get to the truth. It smacks more of simple “knocking”.
What is lacking around Quindell in general, is good professional effective journalism. Where are the analyses of what Quindell actually does do, rather than the weak assertions it’s hard to find anything out? Where are the questions which gain an answer, and which relate to the current status of the company, its economic progress and future. Identifying Quindell’s high level operational units is child’s play. They are more substantial than often admitted. Independently assessing their own operation, even at a superficial level, would provide useful insights with or without information from the company itself. This should all be very easy for a financial journalist worthy of the name.
Another concern, which beggars belief, is that journalists in general have not thought to investigate properly the phenomenon of Gotham City Research, the shorting attack on 22nd April. Nor has there been any consideration of the regulatory controls, or lack of them, which failed to prevent this. These matters are of significant public interest I think, especially at a time people have been handed greater access to their pension funds. The situation also leaves many small cap UK companies vulnerable. The argument has been put forward this sort of thing acts as a counter balance for over-enthusiastic investment and hype. It does not. It is a seedy exploitative way to take money that should be fully exposed. The best counter to hype in the market place would be good solid plausible journalistic investigation, which as I say seems sadly lacking. The recent discomfort of the company seems most easily linked to poorly founded attacks from Gotham and since. Your outputs seem to fall more in line with those attacks, and you have so far failed (with no disrespect intended) to demonstrate the problem is more with fundamentals than the attacks.
A history of failing to generate pertinent answers to questions pertinent to the current and future status of the company, and the creation of a negative “knocking” atmosphere is what concerns me. That’s how things look here, with some of that admitted by you. If this approach is taken to the AGM by someone without genuine financial interest there (you make it clear you have no genuine interest) then I think you will be doing a disservice to real shareholders with real financial concerns.
When you do go though, as I am sure you will, if instead your focus is on a higher level of professionalism and you “up” your game, and consider the interests of people the AGM is really intended for, then you may do them and yourself a service as a journalist.
Before responding with further crude abuse and inaccurate assumptions about my intent, if you give some thought to what I have written I think you will find it is intended to be constructive for all concerned rather than a form of attack.

me thinks “thou protesteth too much “
QPP is on AIM not the FTSE . Most of the shareholders are “BB Moron investers “ as named by Tom, rather aptly . They are not sophisticated ,or experienced investors in the main .Most could not give a toss about a company as long as there is plenty of volume and volatility in the share that they can “try” to make a quick fortune exploiting .
You and your friends are shopping in the wrong shop if you want stable shares with max daily gains of only around 2 or 3 %
We are in a casino here . Its sophisticated gambling on this market. There will be blood .
50% fall backs after a rally are commonplace on AIM . Most shares do it . Even quality shares like WSG . This is because most people trading AIM are speculators and not “investors” . They are after quick easy money , then dump and move on to the next one . You cant hold “longs” on AIM and not expect to lose large amounts of money at some point . The only thing that works on AIM is to “follow the money “ stay light on your feet and keep moving your funds accordingly “dance like a butter fly and sting like a bee “
When or if QPP gets to the main market you will find its price behaves more to your liking and as a serious” long” investor might expect .
Jon Fiennes
wildrides,
I think I pointed out politely already, I am not interested in your business. I am not interested in your incorrect assumptions, insults, facile “advice”, inaccurate quotations or bad spelling either.

interested enough to keep reading and reply tho !
ditto your advice, your comments your insults and modest plastic factory boasts .
Have fun keeping on loosing money on Aim shares .
If you keep writing lengthy misinformed diatribes then I will keep commenting on them .

Looks by the way the price is behaving on L2 like the institutions that bought in( expecting a full listing) are bailing . some cant hold Aim shares in their ports. Plenty of private investor sized buys going through on L2 these last few days but getting swamped by large under water (delayed reporting) trade sells . Hopefully the shorters will also be moving on soon and we will then get a shorters closing spike to get a rally going again . Just dont drop any more of your juggling balls Mr Terry or we could see 4p !
wildrides
Another 8 million shares went out today after hours in delayed publication large block trades .
Looks like institution trades. Hopefully the overhang of such like shares will soon be over and we can make some progress again. Looks like a transfer from weak hands to strong hands going on as no shortage of PI buys going through .
