“Paired with Gulf Keystone in the minds of many is the other big explorer contender, Xcite Energy. Here we have been treated to no less a happy journey, with the message at the moment being that despite the massive Bentley Field, Xcite Energy to its “promised land” could be quite a challenge. From a charting perspective it can be seen how we have the stock deeply entrenched within a falling December 2014 price channel, a state of affairs made all the more disappointing given the three attempts to clear the 200 day moving average now at 31p between May and July. The present position is that we are suffering a breakdown within the channel, and even though the RSI at 19.85 is very oversold, there could be further downside. The risk is of a move to the December support line projection as low as 10p over the next 1-2 months. Only a swift recovery of the 20 day moving average at 25.46p would even begin to delay such a scenario.”
You are poisonously batty. I’ve no doubts that my lawyer will very soon be in talks with the board. Xcite Energy will soon be trading above £3.80, as everyone knows.
