The point about Syria is yes it is not stable in that the bearded loon honored at downing street wants to genocide the alawites, druze and kurds. But nearly all those here now are Sunni Muslims who are the sect in power who are safe. If you say they are not safe then 75% of the popul;ation should be allowed into the UK!
As a white man if I was doing what that Syrian is I would be fast tracked into court and jailed within a week - fact. While I appreciate that in the post Assad period Christians are being slaughtered by Muslims on an industrial scale in Syria, as they are in Mozambique and Nigeria etc we should not be accepting any more Asylum Seekers or Economic Migrants from outside of Europe. Our entire Asylum System should be scrapped and we should solve the mounting terrorist threat we have here, rather than taking a knee to them.
And this morning we find out why Lester got the black bag. A HMRC winding up petition for Recyclus. No numbers or timing in the RNS, natch, meaning there is by definition a false market in MNTL shares. What a complete joke of a company it is.
Short CRWV 88, now 62: ORCL 138 now 129.All on account of Lucien tip. Good show Tom. Hope those cherry tomatoes ripe?
Sorry! You’re right on GCSE - fig E5 shows that data, with modest outperformance by Black Africans over White British. His claim though was that outperformance is by “children of asylum seekers and other immigrants” - I don’t think there is any record of “children of asylum seekers” as distinct from other immigrants. And at barely a tenth the numbers it’s unlikely such data would be statistically meaningful.
You might be right about this individual - but in beginning to address this issue our supposedly left wing Government is at the forefront of returning asylum seekers even when the UNHCR says the situation in Syria is not yet sufficiently stable.
