Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
All sorts of wrong 'uns are at play here. A Tory Lord, not one but TWO fake sheikhs, several disgraced stockbrokers, a Nigerian CEO who has to be resigned and on the promoting side there were Zak Mir, Doc Holliday and Chris Oil all of whom pumped the worthless stock. Now, as I flagged up yesterday, with £65 million sent to money heaven since 2004, the HRMC is seeking a winding up order, there is no cash or accounts and the shares are suspended. Maybe the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation should have listened to old TW after all and not the City enablers who kept this farce going? As you can see below in our 50 most read articles on this serial shit show the warnings were there...
Fake Sheikhs (two of them), legal rows, management largesse, ADM Energy (ADME) has had the lot. While it might have provided neutral observers with a barrel of laughs, for those poor mugs who ignored the numerous warnings on this site it has been less than rewarding. Under various names ADM has destroyed 99.8% of shareholder value since it darkened London’s doors back in 2014. Of course numerous directors and crony capitalist advisors have coined it in but shareholders – apart from the first Fake Sheikh as he pumped and dumped - have all been screwed. Today we have more bad news.
I tipped Pan Pacific Aggregates once. It was a rotten tip. I thought the company had gone bust but like a vampire in a horror flick this corpse keeps coming back, sucking the life out of investor's wallets. Its latest incarnation is exactly the sort of shocker one associates with the cesspit at the bottom of AIM.
I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, led by the bogus Sheriff of AIM Marcus Stuttard, following two shock revelations on this website which should mean a 7 AM Monday Suspension of Trading in shares in ADM Energy (ADME) and a full enquiry into Nomad Cairn Financial & broker Ardern. The letter follows:
This latest expose c/o Winnileaks is why shares in ADM Energy (ADME) should be suspended first thing Monday. Not only has the company and its hapless Nomad Carin sit on news of a major legal claim against it as I revealed yesterday but it seems to have met its second fake sheikh, a letter from whom is below. And to have used this fake sheikh to ramp the shares ahead of placings.
Hapless Nomad Cairn Financial of Cloudtag (CTAG) infamy has been contacted by both email and phone, to establish whether it has done, as it should do under FCA Rules and contact the FCA regarding suspicious share trades ( i.e. insider dealing) in ADM Energy (ADME) by Dubai Royal Shaikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum. There has been no reply. To focus the attention of Tony Rawlinson, Liam Murray and Jo Turner round at Cairn, here is what appears to have happened. A timeline.
Shares in ADM Energy (ADME) are almost certainly, more or less worthless, as Gary Newman explained here. Those who paid c20p at peak “Sheikh on the Make hype” for the shares must be spitting nails. The object of their anger should be Nomad Cairn Financial, of Cloudtag infamy, to whom I have written today cc’ing in AIM Regulation and the FCA. The letter follows.
There was much excitement back in April when an Arab sheikh took a stake in ADM Energy (ADME), so it must have come as a big shock to investors last week when news broke that he had sold all of his shares and had resigned as the company president.
ADM Energy (ADME) is everything that is wrong with AIM. With former Tory MP Henry ( now Lord) Bellingham of 3DM infamy on board its has today published its 2024 annual report and half year calendar 2025 results. Suffice to say it is a bloodbath of red ink but there is worse. The wages of sin at ADM are…more wages.
I have lost track of how many times I have exposed the various wrongdoings of Osamede Okhomina, the CEO of ADM Energy (ADME) but on the Cesspit that is AIM, in the end the Sheriff usually gets his man. The shares languished at 0.52p at the Friday close, 99.84% off their all time highs but there is good news which ADM will now have to confirm on Monday. For I can reveal:
Full-year results from perennial AIM uber dog, ADM Energy (ADME), are - needless to say - appalling. Huge losses, cash outflows, legal battles, and three bailout placings (one post-period end); but it could get worse. Ooh, yes. The account notes warn explicitly of a hot date with the Fat Lady.
The GM to sack chairman Oliver Andrews and more importantly CEO Osamede Okhomina, a man who stands accused of alleged insider dealing, is on 17 January meaning that to cast a proxy vote to fire the bosses and instate Richard “nobody likes me and I don’t care” Jennings of Align Research you need to act before close of play tomorrow. I urge you do do just that and here is why.
What with ADM Energy (ADME) set to run out of cash within eight weeks and with its CEO facing multiple allegations of insider dealing, you might have thought that things could not get any worse. They just did.
In a world where anyone gave a rat’s arse about the rules, ADM Energy (ADME) CEO Osamede Okhomina would already be doing a stretch for his offer to buy shares at 7p made last August after a conference call at which all participants were told by ADM’s chairman Oliver Andrews that they were insiders. I exposed that HERE but it seems nothing is happening. But now a more serious breach appears to have taken place.
This is simple enough. The CEO of ADM Energy (ADME) is a lying Osa. The Winnileaks service has been provided with a copy of an email exchange between Osamede Okhomina and Richard “nobody likes me and I don’t care” Jennings of Align Research on 25 and 27 August.
Following our 13 December bombshell about a sack the board requisition at AIM dog ADM Energy (ADME) the company ‘fessed up the next day and admitted it had received the correct paperwork from Richard “nobody likes me and I don’t care” Jennings of Align Research. But is it still playing by the rules?
Richard "Nobody Likes me and I don't care" Jennings of Align Research has demanded an AGM at ADM Energy (ADME) to oust the useless board and to install him instead. Jennings will work for just £1. Just two of the directors have, he claims, cost the company almost a million quid over the past two years. The current ADM board is overpaid and has failed, we back Jennings almost 100%. Jennings has today written an open letter making his case, which makes shocking allegations. It is below. Our only gripe with Jennings is that he seems to think that appointing Tory toff Sir Henry Bellingham of 3DM infamy as a NED helps anything. It does not. Bellend is a useless and tainted tosser who should be cold shouldered. Other than this lapse of Judgement by Jennings, we agree with all said below.
Thanks to the Winnileaks service I have seen sight of a letter and thus can reveal that ADM Energy (ADME), already facing legal battles that could bankrupt it and which is set to run out of cash by the end of February even without the legals, now faces another battle. Shareholders owning more than 5% of the equity have formally called for a GM. Not, of course, that the company has bothered to admit as much via an RNS. The rebels call for:
During the next 24 hours I shall be publishing a number of articles showing that AIM listed ADM Energy (ADME) has consistently misled investors as to the state of its finances while raising money in new placings. I shall look at where some of that cash went and who was aware of it, including former Tory MP Sir (now Lord) Henry Bellingham of the the 3DM fraud infamy who is a NED. At the end of the series you will be in no doubt that this company's shares are utterly worthless and that those hawk like watchdogs at AIM Regulation, the folks fomerly referred to as the Oxymorons, should be swooping to feel collars both at ADM but also acting against its advisors. I start with a letter sent to the Winnileaks service which ADM received on 9 July 2021.
ShareProphets earns a small commission any time a reader who registered with Primary Bid via ourselves subscribes for one of its offers. For that reason we urge you all to sign up HERE. But today's offer, ADM Energy (ADME) is a total dog so. though it hurts us in the pocket book to say so, we urge you to pass. The emails sent out by ADVFN and others urging folks to pony up fail to mention one significant fact...
A statement is needed. A reliable source tells me that a placing is underway seeking to raise £500,000 at 0.5p. The shares are currently 0.65p-0.75p. Ouch.
Hong Kong based businessman Johnny Hon is a controversial chap. My interview with him at UK Investor covered the Gate Ventures AIM fiasco - as you can see HERE - but if he wants to build up a stake in a business he can buy a material stake - as we lucky shareholders have seen with R4E (R4E) - and now it appears that he has turned his attention to the MX Oil (MXO) pantomime.
There was I trying to get an early night's sleep and who should call, blissfully unaware that I was on Greek time. It was Stefan Oliver of MX Oil (MXO) concerned that the morons had told him that I had said that it was trying to get a £4 million placing away at 0.1p. Of course I had said nothing of the sort but Stefan went on the record to clarify the position.
According to Reuters the Mexican Government has revoked six oil licenses because the companies awarded the blocks did not in fact meet qualifying criteria. This appears to wipe out the Mexican asset base of MX oil (MXO). Oh dear.
A City source tells me that MX Oil (MXO) is - quite unbelievably - endeavouring to do another placing, this time at 1p.
It is crunch time for MX Oil (MXO) and especially it’s CEO Stefan Oliver who is in ‘last chance saloon’ when it comes to delivering and placating his shareholders!
Show Me the Money was not only an award winning TV programme fronted up by a terribly witty and intelligent chap whose name temporarily eludes me, but is also what shareholders in MX Oil (MXO) will be shouting at CEO Stefan Oliver today. The Nigerian moolah has still not arrived.
I warned you on Friday's bearcast that MX Oil (MXO) was trying to get a placing away at 0.75p and hey presto today we are told that it has indeed raised £2.5 million at 0.75p. The shares are down by 26% on the news at 0.8-0.85p: you dont need to thank me all at once for giving you a heads up. What is going on?
MX Oil (MXO) has confounded its critics and delighted the rampers with details of the sale of its stake in the Aje field in Nigeria and a small placing at 1.25p. The deal looks great in headline terms but is it really that good?
MX Oil (MXO) appears to have sold its Nigerian assets for a good price today. The devil is in the detail and having chatted to CEO Stefan Oliver I shall be looking at the detail very shortly. But before we go any further I applaud Mr Oliver for doing what the fuckwit regulators fail to do, that is to say tackling market abuse.
The little twerp just cannot help himself. Today he has announced that yesterday he sold his entire stake in MX Oil (MXO) - 16,666,667 shares. But looking at his tweets (deleted and undeleted) from yesterday the crook is clearly again breaking the law.
MX Oil (MXO) has not announced it yet but then we do tend to announce these things for it. But the placing needed to bail it out has been completed...at just 0.5p.
MX Oil (MXO) owning folks insist that the Front Puffin is already on its way from Singapore to Nigeria and they do so because New Africa Energy, the largest shareholder in the Aje block said so on Sunday as you can see in the screen grab below. Sadly...
This almost feels like intruding on private grief, shares in MX Oil (MXO) now trading at just 0.875p - well below the 1p par value of the - now clearly struggling - placing, but I have just a few more questions that shareholders should be asking the company in light of yesterday's statement.
It is not a good start to the week for MX Oil (MXO) as it has essentially confirmed my £2 million at 1p placing article from Friday. It is reshuffling the board, now considering asset sales, its shares are slipping and its moronic shareholders blame it all on Tom Winnifrith and are stating on twitter and on various chat room asylums that they are reporting me to the FCA.Where does one start?
I would expect MXO Oil (MXO) to confirm on Monday at 7 AM the success or otherwise of its £2 million placing at 1p which I revealed here. While it is about it I wonder if it might update on the short term (its words not mine) production at Aje as we play spot the Puffin.
Amazingly market abuser Chris Oil has not tweeted about this yet. But recent share price weakness at MX Oil (MXO) is now explained.
Earlier today we flagged up that Chris Oil was committing market abuse by revealing information given to him as an insider in claiming that he owned bonds in MX Oil (MXO). We passed this information onto the Nomad by sending it our article - apparently no-one at Cairn understands how twitter works. That forced MX to issue a statement saying it was doing a debt fund raising - which I gather Oil is participating in - but had not yet completed it. So not only was Oil revealing inside information but he was also lying...the issue is not yet done. As for whether you should follow the little twerp and sign up for the issue?
The little twerp just cannot help breaking the law. You will see in the tweets below that Chris Oil claims to be the largest shareholder in MX Oil (MXO) but that he is also a large bond holder in the AIM listed company. Er hang on...
Greece is always a good place to think and think I did in spades last week. And so to the announcement. I am gay. I have been struggling for …. No only kidding. It is not that sort of announcement. For the record I survived a public school education but have never been thus tempted. This concerns AIM and a piece I penned a couple of weeks ago about the cesspit that the market has become and what to do about it.
If you want me to analyse a stock for you just drop me a line at sqmir@hotmail.com - Today I look at shares in MX Oil, Strat Aero, Stratmin Global Resources , and setting share price targets for all three stocks
What constitutes a “fair and reasonable” related transaction? This is the question shareholders in MX Oil (MXO) should be asking themselves after discovering on Monday that their company has agreed to pay Cornhill Asset Management a $1.8million bonus for sourcing the 5% stake in the OML 113 licence, offshore Nigeria. The $1.8million, contingent on two relatively minor conditions, is an extremely generous reward to Cornhill and its shareholders for an investment made less than six weeks ago. There are further difficult questions to answer about this transaction so I contacted Andrew Frangos, CEO of Cornhill Asset Management and Chairman of MX Oil, to see what he had to say.
