With my Sub-Standard Shockers XI squad in desperate need of bolstering with a quality addition or two, I was pleased to see the announcement this week of the publication of a prospectus for a new entrant, Vale International Group, joining the Standard Segment of the Official List on 5 September. I was less pleased when I had checked it out!
