If STGR had said in October, when it last done a placing, that it was raising more cash by debt this would have been a little more palatable but now it looks like either a) a confetti company or b) giving mates rates at shareholders expense even in an ‘oversubscribed’ placing. Neither shows STGR in a positive light. What looked like a half-decent company is now revealed as another AIM POS imho.
If/when sp recovers I’ll dump mine ~ now sitting on a c20% loss to bid.
