This is a small piece of accounting fraud by Quindell (QPP). It all goes back to Lava - Rob Terry's first big fraud. In a nutshell this shows how Mr 2+2 can = 5 ran Quenron with old pals and why there is so much worse to come.

Tom, What are you doing? Do you not realise that you are completely wasting your time? Your credibility is absolutely zero. No-one is listening to you anymore.

here is the PDF showing Peter Hamilton (page 5)

Forty Two
Well who whaddya know??? : ). Hamilton is on my deck of cards and now I guess I can call him Chemical Hamiliton given the biotech angle. Not only as the founder and CEO of Lava – I think he was head of the whole shebang before he resigned and Sadiq led it into administration. He also crops up with Sadiq elsewhere. City grandees were told by Terry that Sadiq was a whizz with computer games which was very valuable when using it for UBI with the Virtual World product (eeeer that product was developed by RealtimeWorlds building on IP from a failed MSFT Windows game – All Points Bulletin actually – similar engine to GTA – which went bust and was bought by GEO, which is only partly owned by Q – they don’t own the IP to their telematics GTA style interface – google Ian Hetherington). Sadiq “sold his company to Disney”. Not really true that. Sadiq was CEO and I believe shareholder of the UK arm of Ignition entertainment, which I believe acquired a small games reseller/developer called Digiguys – where I reckon he might have been on the board too. If you rake through Ignition Ents at companies house Peter Hamilton made an appearance on the board. I’m sure that was arms length and he was able to transfer his PC Docs skills to reselling 3rd rate Jap games. No Disney didn’t acquire it, UTV did – Indian network Telco group – where DCD (anybody heard of them?) were involved. Sure UTV was acquired by Disney but Ignition and much more Digiguys were just pimples on UTV’s arse. So all mates together as usual. Lunch is on me Sir…

Nice one Tom, meanwhile, this share is flying on the news of Tosca increasing it’s stake to above 5%. As much as might like to think you’re in the know Tom, Martin Hughes>Tom Winnifrith on any stock any day.
