Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
I am asked by a reader to speculate on what the PWC Report into Quindell (QPP) will say? I guess that the bean counters are almost done by now so IMHO here is what to expect.

They will also need a capital reorganisation won they as they cannot issue shares below nominal value of 15p?

There seems to be enough BBMs with money still to waste, who think the PwC report is going to give the company a fairly clean bill of health and be a real turning point as they draw a line in the sand on their corporate governance issues (Rob Terry).
I struggle to comprehend how so many people can be so deluded, but that is what the casino relies on – enough mug punters to buy into whatever steaming pile of manure it serves up to make the crony capitalists their money.
The chocolate teapot regulators are not going to resolve this, we need a nice juicy Class Action against the company and its advisors to shake the whole thing up. It is such a shame that I was never stupid enough to invest in QPP, so I have no losses which would enable me to sign up for a class action. I have advised an acquaintance who was at least sensible enough to get out at a stonking loss at £1.75 to sign up though.
I have also advised Cenkos shareholders of the risk they are running. It is ironic that they feel QPP shareholders deserve everything they get (and therefore should not class action against Cenkos and other advisors) but do not seem to realise that if they ignore / deny the risk to their own beloved CNKS shareholding, then they are almost as dumb as QPP holders and also deserve whatever befalls them.
Anyway, my money (not literally) is on: Banks have told PwC that they want a report, however immature (even PwC are not really going to be able to find all the skeletons in all the closets in a few weeks), on 5 Jan so they can (if necessary to protect themselves and their own shareholders) pull overdrafts before payday on 6th Jan. Thus my prediction is for a merry Christmas and a prosperous first few days of the New Year for QPP shareholders, followed by a crash of the yourlegalfriend website due to too many people trying to access it at the same time shortly after twelfth night – did any one come up with that in your 12 days of Christmas completion?

If this review has been called by the banks – I’m not convinced it will cover goodwill – any write downs have nil cash flow impact. The wording in the RNS seems a little ambiguous but I think the focus of the review is on future cash flow.

all significant accounting policies. Think that has to cover goodwill as well.
If only for the banks to see if there is any asset backing at all. I suspect there is sod all

I would like to draw attention to the following words :-
speculate, guess, suspect, H1 figure must be suspect, clearly bogus, my estimate, assuming, I reckon, I assume, My belief, I suspect (again), and in your comment “I suspect”.
So, absolutely zero facts, and a complete and utter load of fabricated bullshit? Seriously?

Whistleblower my arse!! Yet the regular QPPSAG company PR spinners will lap it up like milk. What a creepy and obnoxious bunch they are. Beginning to think the aggression they are showing you and anyone who posts on that board who is “off message” indicates they are quite likely stooges.

To all the genuine (long and strong) investors on here…I thank you for holding steadfast to your positions and not giving an inch of ground to the poisonous pound-shop puppet Windifroth and his hand-maidens…and for seeing them for what they really are…a low-rent circus act…motivated by vanity and venality. Quindell is a growing giant envied by many the world over and a paradigm example of a great British company employing over 4000 people and paying enormous amounts of UK tax on time with no complaint or attempt to evade or avoid it’s responsibilities. Its been specifically targeted due to its unique credentials and we are in no doubt about the motives. They will not destroy the company and steal our investments. Success is only a nudge or two away. All the best.
That must be one of the worst/best examples of what a QPPSAG moron stooge thinks

We cash account advertising – that is to say we book it when we know the amount and we get payment within 20 days on average. Ad revenue on the shareprophets site has never been greater. These guys really are insane. What are they going to d with their lives when Quenron goes bust?
I guess I will move onto busting another fraud. I assume they will go onto invest in another one

Since the value of goodwill likely includes work in progress how can you be so sure? I presume if PwC are shown potential contracts currently under negotiation the goodwill might be close to company expectations. Still we’ll know soon enough. Certainly I thought you were brave to declare the shares would be suspended around the 7th January. I personally don’t think so although you’ve called it right all the way down. If you are right it will be a relief that it’s all over. So in a moronic way either outcome is a win win

Whilst the Quindell LSE bulletin board lemmings and the investing genius (“My increased knowledge has resulted in me increasing my investment in Quindell 10 fold since the Gotham report.”) who writes the Quindell Echo…… have rubbished and dismissed as a “publicity stunt” or “detractors conspiracy”, the proposed class action of aggrieved Quindell shareholders, it was nice to come across this:-

Alcira16247,
Just waiting for the usual defensive comments from the stooges to appear under that article!

It’s all about asking the banks to renew the facilities that expire on 31.03.14 so that the audited accounts can be produced on a going concern basis.

So Tom are you saying that there is no income for the Industrial Deafness business?? Or are you just being OTT with your write down. You may have some good points at times but get let down by your aggression.
