Another big fall today and the end is surely nigh. Quindell (QPP) exists, pro tem, thanks only to the support of its banks, the fraud is there for all to see with custodial sentences on the agenda for Terry et al in 2015. When we wonder will the shares be suspended pending clarification? Let’s have a sweepstake. And there is a prize.

QPP will issue a bullish RNS saying how the Company is being boosted by an injection of finance from their lenders on Tuesday 13th January at 18:14 hrs. The sp will be 17p. The dilution for holders will be 98% and the share price post reorganisation will be 78p. Adherents of the QPP Cult will see this a great opportunity to average down.

Suspension on 5th January 11p when they cant meet payroll, restructuring announced shareholders wiped out.
QPP1000 (I really miss him),Steamy et al will claim that it was all a CIA plot to bring down a great British company.
The tier two BBMs will call for the government to take action as they were conned and nobody warned them.
Will be such a shame as it provides so much entertainment.

Mine is for 28th January with 13p suspension price. Will the banks allow another supplier payment run after receiving PWC’s report.
Accountants are cautious people, so who would want to sign the report as all ok and then watch a company collapse shortly afterwards.
Accountancy firms can earn a small fortune dealing with Administrations, £650 hour per partner, and all the tax, finance and reorganisation fees. Although I am sure this would never cross the mind of a reputable firm.

I’m going to say 22p on the 5th of February. The company will last one more payroll and the PwC report will not be made public yet. I would not be shocked however to see some of the QPAS and non core companies sold off back to the vendors for share surrenders, merged with personnel cuts, or quietly wound down in the mean time.
