Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Just a short podcast setting the record straight on some of those smears against me by Quindell morons - no doubt assisted by the company. And also asking who really has lost credibility here?

Hi Tom,
Think that its interesting that QPPSAG and their trolls constantly criticize your record but don’t talk about theirs. So here are some FACTS about QPPSAG. Done in the style of Robbajob
Formed in June 2014 and the share price was 201
Price today is 66p
QPPSAG over 1100 members OWNING around 8% of QPP
That equates to 34.88 million shares owned by QPPSAG – worth £70.10MIllion when formed
The shares are NOW worth £23.00million.
So the 1100 members of QPPSAG have LOST a grand total of £47million since QPPSAG formed. Strange how that isn’t mention by Steamy/Jimi Marshall. I wonder if QPPSAG or Quindell Echo would like to comment on the FACT that QPPSAG members have so far lost at least £47MIllion.

The fact is you’ve called it right from £2.50 down to here and I’ve certainly no argument with your analysis. If the tone of your posts were perhaps less antagonistic – mindful private investors can’t easily acknowledge defeat and cut their losses – then I think you’d be more appreciated and recognised as friend not foe. In fact your Bearcast around 2 weeks ago was both measured and appealed to the morons to sell and buy back if you were wrong. But I still didn’t listen anyway. I accept this share business ain’t for me. Thinking to flog tomorrow my last 25k in qpp and buy PTV as a last desperate throw of the dice!

The twitter from the boss of ADVFN supporting TW. I think ADVFN are quite happy..
ClemChambers: #qpp #quindell I wonder if any cyber-bullies that harassed Tom Winnifrith will apologise or admit their mistake? Winnifrith vindicated.

Diabel,
I’m not familiar with PTV, but their 5 year chart does not inspire confidence. It screams of yet more AIM sh*te.
Instead of gambling desperately, why not make your money back slowly by investing in a decent investment trust such as RCP, RICA, CGT or PNL? You won’t get excitement or fireworks, but in 10 years time you will probably be better off than you are today.
Up to you…
Good luck.

As a previous holder of QPP Shares ( Having Sold with a 300% Profit) I came across the mire of BBs & Twitter so decided to follow the story. I just cannot believe the amount of rubbish and abuse that people are posting from both sides ( I admit to posting the odd facetious comment just to get to grips with how these things work)
I also admit to having taken a new small position in QPP but even if it goes to 0p (Not likely in my opinion), I will still be showing a good overall profit and the affect on my diversified portfolio will be negligible.( DIABLE: Please note the key word, “ Diversified” – it sounds as if you are staking everything on one share, which also makes me doubt your authenticity if you are posting on here.)
It is impossible to evaluate every single aspect but looking at the available information, including a full review of
accounting information, I will probably regret not buying more but will not currently deviate from my diversified strategy.

May i bring to your attention, another of Quindell purchases?
RNS Release 07:00 on 22 July 2011 – LearnED Limited
Its perhaps of interest that LearnED CEO is Matthew Whiting
http://www.learned-uk.com/
Matt is a old chum of Mr Terry’s from the Innovation day’s.
He’s also a FOUNDER shareholder together with HIS company LearnED Ltd in…… Quindell!
http://www.quindell.com/images/uploads/irdownloads2011/110428addoc.pdf
Regrettably I can’t find out how well LearnED is trading, as its latest ‘news’ appears to stop at March 2010!
Isn’t it all very strange how Mr Terry seems only to be able to buy companies from people that were ‘old mates…. old muckers…..business pals’ of his? Don’t that sorta infer conflict of interest issues, etc? In fact, has Mr Terry made even ONE acquisition, that hasn’t been in some way, associated with any of his ‘mates’?
Wonder how people rate Mr Terry’s credibility?
Rob
The screams of drowning men accurately describes someone who spends time investigating someones NAME!
It beggars belief that time was spent “investigating” Tom, trying to trash his reputation, look to justify their inability to see what is going on.
