Tom, do you think there might be something more serious coming?

The share price collapse seems to be way overdone and disproportional to the news.

Have the Nomad given notice it is to resign?
Are they looking to raise cash?
Has a II sold stock?
Has RB transferred more stock over and its hitting the market?
