Hello Share Casters. Tesco (TSCO) shares are under a cloud at the mo having toppled miserably on some questions about their figures. Even before that, the shares had fallen a long way, due to some not very successful operations abroad and a nasty supermarket price war here.

Loyalty card on store and petrol . Price matching of the Major competitors . Loyalty vouchers ontop of that lot :-£10 every four weeks . Some of the food prices have dropped 25% in my local morri for the exact same item . They practically pay you to come and take food away now . My weekly bill has dropped a tenner in the last two months …… and thats before the vouchers and loyalty points . They are price matching all Aldi prices ( and they need to as they are next door to each other in my town ) Theres gonna be blood on the carpet within a year . I just dont know who it will be !
