BREAKING: Sath Ganesarajah of Bluebird breaks the rules yet again

Oh dear, is there nothing this disgraced CEO will not do? With Bluebird Mining Ventures (BMV) running on vapours and the company desperately trying to get another bailout fund raise away. But there is a problem: more than 100 million exploding warrants which get repriced and resized with every placing.

Writing to Bluebird Mining Ventures & the FCA as the company tries to steal my warrants

I have today been told in writing that the warrants in Bluebird Mining Ventures (BMV) held by wife’s company, FIML, are to be cancelled tomorrow unless I ask for a review which I now have. Now the key element to these warrants is that they reprice and resize with every placing that Bluebird carries out and so they have material option value. This is quite simply theft

Bluebird Mining: it never rains but it pours, Mitch Tarr to go legal

Running on vapours, under FCA Investigation for misleading investors, its CEO Sath Ganesarajah facing Richard Jennings in Court next Friday with the City’s second most hated man suing for a financially ruinous sum, things are likely to get worse on Wednesday with a second legal claim. Mitch Tarr is on the warpath.

BREAKING: Bluebird’s Sath Ganesarajah – legal problems mount

Oh dear, oh dear. It seems that the legal woes of Bluebird Mining Ventures (BMV) boss Sath Ganesarajah are getting worse. The next month will be bloody. Not only is the FCA investigation into the untruths he told about lending the company $2 million in an interest free loan convertible at 2p a share ratcheting up but there are the other court cases. First up is Richard Jennings, the City’s second most hated man and we now have a diary date.

BREAKING: another headache for Bluebird’s Sath Ganesarajah – The Insolvency Service

There was another corporate update from Bluebird  Mining Ventures (BMV) yesterday. Gallons of MBA wankspeak cannot hide the fact that the company is guzzling cash, largely in related party deals and management troughing, and is running on vapours. As if that was not bad enough, the FCA is all over CEO Ganesarajah over misleading statements made in RNS’s and the City’s second most hated man Richard Jennings is suing  Sath for more than £500,000. And now…

Three Questions for Bluebird Mining and its lyin' CEO

Oh for the days when CEO Lyin’ Sath Ganesarajah was going to put cash in via interest free loans convertible at 2p. Shares in Bluebird Mining Ventures (BMV) have today hit a new low of 0.0475p, a market cap of just £1.4 million. Less than a year ago Lyin’ Sath said he was going to make this a billion dollar ( or was it pounds) company!.  Maybe he was talking Zim dollars? Three questions for Bluebird’s disgraced CEO:

Bluebird Merchant Ventures Limited – the benefits of a friendly auditor

The audited accounts of Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV) for the year ended 31 December 2025 are finally out this morning so dodging a share suspension and  show a loss of $1,121,452 in the year and it had net cash outflow of £603,380 on operating activities which required two post balance sheet fund raises to keep the lights on

The pro Palestinians for want of more accurate words forget that Jews have assimilated into British society have worked, murdered nobody and have not carried out any terrorist attacks on British soil, unlike the other side of course who are a growing daily threat. MI5 say they are monitoring 50000 Jihadists, none of whom should be in the UK. There is never any mention of any Jews being watched, but still the pernicious far left blame the wrong side.

Great post Phil and this is something that those on the sides of the Muslims forget in that when they have finished with the Jews they are coming for the Christians next. Israel is the only side to be on.

If you knew what I knew about the Red Cross, and it's not stuff that Tom would publish for legal reasons, you would know not to take any notice of what they are saying. Tom has told you how much food the Gazans have been given by Israel but there was a problem for a while last year with the UN blocking shipments of food to Gaza, this was covered by Rebel News who sent a reporter out there to see for themselves. I assume this problem is now resolved?

I was reminded recently that there are three stages to retirement.Go-goSlow-goNo-goAt 66, nobody could blame him for spending the bulk of his pot on the first stage. It's certainly what I'm doing. So what if there aren't six Swedish nurses to change my nappies at the end. I'm sure Burnham's National Care Service will step in. "Nurse... NURSE!!! He's delusional again..."

There is always a small kernal of truth in your ramblings Widerides of Border Reivers, its your way to try and take the high ground, everyone does it these days so no need to apologise as I can see straight through it. It is true that not all Jews are Zionists but not true that all Zionists are genocidal. What is true and it comes naturally to you not mention it is that all Hamas supporters are anti semitic genocidal terrorists. I am not a Jew and despite being indoctrinated as a Catholic I no longer believe in god , I would be happy to be defined as a zionist but I am not a terrorist or genocidal. My present state of mind is that I am a zionist agnostic determinist.

The Red Cross suggests that Gaza and its population may not be dead but are living in desperate conditions with precious little access to sanitation, medical care, accommodation or nutrition. It isn’t like that in Israel. It’s desperately sad for all concerned and that includes the poor Israeli army conscripts.
