Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
I do not wish to make this about Tertiary Minerals (TYM) on its own as that will prompt Malcolm Stacey and Comrade Wildrides to issue a fatwa against me. But it rather illustrates a point about just how the AIM Casino works.

Be interesting to analyse just how often a change of nomad is indeed followed by a placing. It would be even more interesting, though, to assess how often the ex-nomad has gone because the placing has been accompanied by almost sure-fire dodginess rather than mere fear on their part of coming across as a laughing stock. For a tour de force in this respect I once again highlight EDL (their second-to-last placing – at a 50% or so discount as I recall – was an absolute corker).

Bloody hachet job Winnifroth , bar steward ;-)
Read the company website and find out what they do for FFS.
Sound company with only 175 million shares in issue
20% are not in public hands . The chairman has 12 million shares (7%) The employee reward scheme is strongly geared to share price rises up to 21 pence !
main asset is in a safe US mining state . Company policy is to keep shares in issue low . Unlike some of the POS you ramped here in the past like EDL ( god have mercy on me ) and Nostra Terror “mom and pop “ complete shite . I remember the CEO of Nostril Terror on stage at your conference saying he would not be needing to place …….. then he did and not a whisper of crit came from you Tom . EDL ……… your tip ….with a 50% discount placing . FFS glass houses Tom ! Glass houses . Think of poor Malcolm ………. youve just wiped half a mill off his port ! and disrupted my plans for redistribution of wealth from Morons to …..err …..me .
Bar steward . Take a break on the Norfolk Broads . You know you want too.
