Evil Knievil sees Africa Minerals shares heading to near enough 0p – and Evil pere on Scotland

The father of legendary bear raider Evil Knievil is not only the greatest living classical scholar but in his youth played rugby for Scotland (his mother being Scottish). Somewhere the athletic gene passed his 25 stone son by. George Cawkwell (the father) is, like his son, a NO supporter but feels incensed that as an Oxford resident he cannot vote in the referendum.

  1. J P Spaghetti

“Somewhere the athletic gene passed his 25 stone son by.”

Well they say it skips a generation! (Sorry Evil, just jesting – you come across as a very nice man and I wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of you!)

More seriously, there’s an analogue between the voting situation mentioned above and that with student tuition fees. Both seem not only crazy but deeply unfair.

Anyway, this site is becoming too addictive…

  2. So what are these ‘problems which may well be near fatal or worse’ ? Nameless assertions designed to frighten longs into selling! Is there any integrity here or is all that is needed is a fearful fatty to say he fears the worst and a share loses accordingly.

  3. How can something be worse than fatal…?

  4. J P Spaghetti

DRJ – imagine being married to Yasmin Alibhai-Brown

  5. Hi Tom, Your comment: “he has been informed of problems which may be near fatal or worse”., by whom i ask , when the market has not?. Could you kindly ask Caulkwell Jnr. to reveal his source, this stinks of insider dealing. As the self proclaimed sheriff of aim do you not have a duty to protect us mere mortals?
    Regards, M

  6. Mick

If you reveal sources no-one tells you anything so quite rightly EK will not say.

You alledge the source has been made an insider, EK denies this.

I report his words. If you do not want to hear what veterans of the shares world say go read 23 year olds on MF

Personally Id rather that my portfolio did not die of ignorance.

    T

  7. So TW announces that one of his cronies has shorted a share.

The modus operandi now demands that TW will now go into overdrive with negative stories aplenty re the company concerned.

When TW’s friends are short, TW will be counted upon to go long on the hatchet job…. He’s good at helping his buddies!

  8. Just Ice

You are wrong. EK is his own man & I am my own man. Neither of us are cronies of anyone.

I report what he is doing & saying as some folks want to know what the fat man is up to.

As it happens a couple of sources have been banging on about AMI for a while but it does not interest me so I shall not be writing much about it. I do not know enough & I write only about what interests me.

Right now that is Naibu. When I first started having a go at NBU and indeed for about 7 months until he saw the light, the Fat man was LONG of Naibu. He now has no position in it.

As I say, try to get your facts straight before you post here again

    Best wishes

    Tom

  9. PainAuChocolat

Tom, AMI are over 33% up since yesterday. Has EK got any more whispers we can take advantage of? The info he got was clearly wrong so perhaps you could tell us what it was?

  10. Up 47% today. As a holder of AMI, it’s good to see he’s called this wrong.

  11. i took a position in this stock a while back, regretfully!! however, after reading this message, i considered selling, then decided against it. up 50%, nice one Evil!!! i would have been really pissed this morning if i took your advice. how much did you lose on this one Evil?

this company has massive issues, not help by Ebola, but 0 pence. i think Evil is using this site as a vehicle to support his position!! short selling is the plague of the stock market. hope you lost loads Evil!!!!!

  12. Evil remains short & I think he is correct. Will write it up tomorrow.

Today have been too busy on Naibu where I started red flagging when EK was long.

This site is a vehicle for nothing other than writers being allowed about what interests them.

having checked this out and seen some of the moronic comments…this starts to interest me

    T

  13. You think he’s correct! The market thinks he’s not but you’re going to support your friend. Jeez – you’re saying he held on to a 50% rise on a short! Hope he wasn’t leveraged – that’s the kind of bet that wipes people out. Very bad trading if true.

  14. Foreskin

Since you do not know EK’s entry point you do not know his paper loss. I am sure he was leveraged.

Yes, I reckon his fundamental analysis is spot on. EK not a day trader.

Clearly after 45 years in the market he is an utter imbecile must be worth zero but folks will pay money to come hear you speak as you are a frigging genius

    T

  15. PainAuChocolat

Tom, please give can you give us a quick précis of why you agree?

  16. TW – EK might not be a day trader but he /is/ a gambler.

  17. Well, I initially nominated AMI to go under before Quindell in SP’s little comp….and even though it’s under strange circumstances…seems AMI is under temp suspension today…….and at 10p……..so….looks like the Evil one was spot on in this debate
