Ben Turney has just argued HERE that Marc Sale, the former Technical Director of Patagonia Gold (PGD) - who quit yesterday 24 hours after admitting to 17 undeclared share transactions- should be reappointed to the board. Ben, you are a tolerant and forgiving, nice guy but you could not be more wrong.

@Tom – Meh, but as you and I both know the rules on AIM aren’t enforced anyway, so your point is mute.
Obviously not revealing any names here, but when we think about the outrageously and overtly corrupt practices that blight this market on a daily basis, jumping all over this guy seems pretty pointless.
I take your point about rules being rules, but, with that in mind, show me in the rules where it says a rule breaking director cannot be reappointed…

I fully agree with Tom!
There can be no toleration of any corrupt rule breaking practices, full stop.
Aim has been blighted since conception with a reputation of casino and subsequently attracting some of the worse conmen, practising scams, fraud and worse, at the expense of the private investor.
Its about time that AIM fulfilled its true potential and the official bodies of regulation and enforcement started to act in the interests of investors, as they are charged and paid to do!
