Cineworld - a suicide threat post from the LSE Asylum which says it all

By Tom Winnifrith | Saturday 20 August 2022

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

I discussed Cineworld (CINE) and some lessons folks can learn in bearcast earlier. But the post below from a bloke who has lost everything is sad and instructive. And I start by saying that even if those chap has posted vile things about me as a leading critic of Cineworld (CINE) I really hope he does not end his own life. Suicide is no joking matter in my family, as folks like Julie Meyer keep reminding you all, and he should talk to someone. I am sure he has friends, if not he can reach out to me and I will happily have a chat.

One should never bet the ranch on one stock. As it happens I did just that on RSH and ended up being worth minus £150,000 as result ten years ago.  Always diversify your investments.

And if BB posters tell you that a stock is going to soar but folks with a track record of calling out shorts like myself, Evil Banksta, Lucian Miers ALL say the opposite you should always believe the bears. We have a record of calling it right, folks scrabbling around the LSE Asylum rarely do.

Back to the poster below. My advice is to 'fess up to your wife and you may be surprised how understanding she is. If not feel free to drop me an email.
