I had lunch yesterday in Bristol with an old pal from the oil industry. A few months ago his AIM listed company tied to raise a few hundred thousand pounds and boy was it hard work. The other day he raised well over a million quid and he said he could have done it twice over. Has anything changed with his company? Not really. This is just sentiment.

Wildcat drilling at 20% COS is defo no place for a long portfolio to be.
But ………. what about LGO :-
Drilling 30 holes into a known productive field in soft sandstone , on land . First three holes drilled ,one producing with good flow , one tested as producer with good flow and waiting connection when rig moved ( from drilling third on same pad) , third hole drilling and as yet not declared . 27 more holes to drill , fully funded into same field . Great COS.

I have got that in my long portfolio .
