BlackRock Investment Management is one of the biggest and most respected names in fund management and it seems to be dumping blinkx (BLNX) shares at almost any price but it still has a stack more to dump. What is going on?

Some vindication ………. the price does not lie.
some overhang. Looks like 40p ( again ) here we come .

Feel a great deal of sympathy for Blnx holders but the Market isnt the place where decisions are based on such emotions.
I’ll be setting buy limits between the 35-40p levels. Blackrock have a lot of stock to offload as yet if they’re going all the way.

Tom…. just like to correct a small but factual error in your latest blog….re “Critically its most recent offload took place on 7 May (blinkx has not been hasty in announcing this)” …….I think you will find its the duty of the Investor to report their change in holding and not the company, The BlackRock Regulatory Threshold Team trade reports, so to suggest Blinx was holding the news back is factually incorrect.
wideboy
Tom a small factual error in your latest blog, its is the BlackRock Regulatory Threshold Reporting Team that would trade report their reduction in holdings and not Blinx,to suggest otherwise is to say that Blinx have something to hide, please get your facts right

I actually spoke to the team at BlackRock to make sure I got this right. The fund has 2 days to report a change in % holding over a thresh-hold to a PLC the PLC then has to issue the RNS. BlackRock reported this latest change whoch took place on 7/5 to blnx on 8/5 and blinks waited until 13/5 to report.
Got this all from the horses moth at Black rock

Do horses have moths following them around ? like whales have other little fish accompanying them . I bet Evil gets his racing tips from the horses moth .

Nope – I just called the number on the RNS introduced myself and spoke to the chap named on the RNS. He seemed very civil.

had a very good day thank you , your last attempt at manipulating the price down has been shown for what it really is , a cheap shot!!!! I bought on the strength of your last blog and am sitting pretty thank you very much , but then again as you don’t take positions (yeah right) the only think that will be bruised today is your massive ego!!!every dog has his day , lol

still no sign of blackrock selling anymore, and on another note I thought id inform you that the reason why the holding in company notification was delayed wasn’t due to blinx delaying it was due to a problem at the registrars, I called the company , you could have done the same , but then they probably wont take your calls…lol
