Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
AIM Cesspit posterboy Green Dragon Gas (GDG) announced in December that its appeal in a Singapore Court case which it has lost, against Conoco Phillips, had been postponed. However it stated that it would probably be heard in the “first quarter of 2014.” I do not wish to be seen as a total pedant, but the first quarter ends tomorrow.

Sam,
As I have found with so many worthless Chinese companies on AIM ( and nasdaq thinking of the solar stocks there) the share price is artificial right until the bitter end when gravity cannot be defied by “mysterious forces” forever. You cannot really short this as there is no borrow. If you are a holder have fun. Until the band stops playing it might be fun but one day the band will stop for sure. In terms of cashflow generated this is so monumentally overvalued even without the bloody dossier issues & the court case.

Hi Tom,
Are you forgetting the potential bonus of all those wells drilled by others on GDG’s acreage?
