Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
I noted at the weekend that bear raider Evil Knievil had gone long of internet company Phorm (PHRM) at 13p. Having considered the matter, I certainly would not buy the stock and am almost tempted to open up a short. I serve up a few red flags for you to consider.

Transcripts of decisions at CADE in respect of the Phorm/Telefonica partnership in Brazil, de prioritised. Google, Microsoft and Yahoo! were asked for evidence. None of them raised any objections other than Yahoo! who wished to share.

No. Phorm do not have any granted patents. The last efforts via EPO have been rejected and/or are in the process of being rejected. If Phorm takes no action they will lapse. That has already happened at least two times. All their other applications are the same or derivatives.

Phorm do not tell investors they have been shut down and fined. Phorm controls the news they want you to see via RNS. Don’t expect much meaningful content.
