   I didn’t call you a tit…I called you a twit. There are so many inaccuracies in your so-called quotes/attributed comments in just this one area of interest that I dread to think how many others are scattered throughout your observations on stocks which I haven’t researched, which is most of them.

   There is little point in being as prolific as you are if you can’t maintain minimum standards of journalism. Your research, your calculations and your conclusions are flimsy because you don’t have the time to do a thorough job on every story. Thus, mistakes can, and do, happen.

   Also, being a vindictive little twit, you knowingly distort facts to cause as much irritation as possible to everyone who has ever incurred your displeasure – whatever the reason. Far too many of your 0p targets are simple swipes at individuals who have annoyed you. It’s childish. You do anything you can – including telling lies – to persuade your readers to sell shares in companies which have incurred your displeasure. It’s a shame because your playground tactics devalue what could be a wonderful resource – especially considering the quality of the other writers here.

   In the same way that Dodgepot Dave’s full-time ramps are increasingly ignored, so too are your spiteful and superficial de-ramps. Not only do your ad nauseam “sell” recs have a diminishing effect, they are often met with strong buying and rising SPs. So your personal vendettas are now being seen for what they are: petty, bitter and self-serving. Sadly, a man with your personality should not be in charge of an investment advice website. So the sooner you hand over the reins to a responsible person, the better.

   And just for the record, I said only that Fastjet should become cash generative at some point this year, not that they would be profitable this year. But you knew that.

   TW Note that is another lie you said FJET would be cash generative in 2016 and I never said that you said anything bar that

   You also know that they are not trading whilst insolvent – or at least, you have no proof that they are – but that doesn’t stop you repeating your nonsense…just because they didn’t answer your questions.

   I’m wondering if you might be guilty of some misdemeanour such as market abuse or causing a disorderly market but that might be difficult to argue since you really don’t seem to have much effect on it any more.

   TW note go on report me for MA see where it gets you. I believe that they are TWI but can use the technicality "we expect to raise funds" If that is the case FJET should clarify I invite readers to look at your comments on the 28 Dec article to put this bollocks in context. Ultimately I edit this website so I can write here what I like. I approve your demented ramblings and lies as I pity you but if you hate this site so much just fuck off and spend your day reporting me for market abuse as you watch FJET go down the pan

   Premier Foods is a giant £4 billion underfunded,expensive to maintain pension fund,two pension funds in fact,one in serious deficit, with a modestly profitable at operating level but highly indebted food manufacturing attached.By the time calls of financing the pension plan & interest payments are taken into account there is little money left to sustain & maintain the business let alone provide any return to shareholders.No sane party would consider taking over Premier and putting the pension scheme of this size on their books.The risk far exceeds any possible benefit.I was not in the least surprised the possible bid was withdrawn merely amazed it was made in the first place.

   Premier Foods business of course has a value;the problem for shareholders is that the pension fund in particular has prior claim.
