Next to dump Solo (SOLO) then UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) whatever David Lenigas tweets. Then I look at Origo (OPP) and also at Sprue Aegis (SPRP)

Hard to believe Citigate Dewe Rogerson got involved in this over such petty non-existent grievances (to itself and not the client) If I was Fastjet I’d be hopping mad. Bad pr guaranteed from here on in a result. Hope they have a good look at next month fee invoice.

You should see things like CDR behaviour as a victory. Have you tweeted your article and bearcast to Stelios? I bet he would see the funny side.
You did the right thing not making them wasting money they don’t have on a lawyers letter. You have the moral high ground. There is nothing to be despondent about with that.
You can’t save everyone. You only fail if you let the rampers beat you down. Some may say there is no point in being right if no one listens. Bollocks! there is no point being wrong so people will listen, because you are saying what they want to hear. Lots of people do listen though, those with any intelligence check what you are saying and if they agree they make their own investing decision if they disagree they can say so – you publish contrary views and they can make their own investing decision having read all views. Only those with no ability to apply their own intelligence have to bury their heads in the sand. You do however give Flip Flop and D & D a bit too much of a hard time on the personal front. At least they have listened, but just disagree, they add to the debate rather than ignore the debate and that is what your work is all about. You are not 100% right 100% of the time. Nobody is.

Tom, please do not go…. I have in past been investing in a lot of small caps, many of them have gone bust , or now worth next to nothing. It’s because of you and two other podcasters, that I am beginning to make sense of the markets. I love your honesty……but do not agree with your views on junior doctors ….being a bit of a lefty, … Getting back on topic. Tom ,Tom do not leave us….. That’s what the city wants, no one to hold them to account,then they can shaft us small investors without the KJ… Umm that not p.c …so I will take it back. Tom you understand where I am coming from. I know it can be awful doing what you do and being surrounded by the stench of cronyism but if you didn’t highlight this stuff to us then most of the readers of this site would still be under the impression that AIM is fair and just and we would end up losing tons of money, resorting to the usual excuses of blaming mm’s and shorters etc instead of the real culprits.
Please keep going Tom in these dark days, your loyal followers need you.

I second the opinions here, and from a selfish viewpoint I’d urge you to continue the great work you do here, exposing the garbage knocking about on this market. I think it keeps those perpetrators on their toes to a degree, when there is at least one voice that will speak out against them in a public platform.
My one critique, as a former RRR holder who saw absolute value decimation, was your staunch ignorance of the Bell stable of destruction and how he has always managed such a free pass – particularly when you criticise other CEOs for much less SP devastation – but in some ways that loyalty is a quality I would look for from a friend, so I respect it in some sort of way. Your latest commentary on RGM shows that you will stick to your beliefs no matter who it upsets.
Hope it’s just an off day, and come tomorrow your raring to tackle the next PoS in need of public crucifixion.

I suspect that Tom is just depressed over family matters and the loss of a cat. Neither Citigate nor a bully-boy lawyer could force him to consider retirement. And he positively thrives on debates/arguments with WR, me and others here — even when he’s wrong, which isn’t often.
I could see him relocating though.
