This company has been touting itself in the city over the last 3 months with presentations at Proactive (twice) Mining Capital and next week Shares Magazine. My guess is they are looking to raise some cash via equity which is holding the share price down.
It is unclear how they intend to raise the entire circa $80m required to bring the project into production but until this funding hurdle is out of the way then there will be some skepticism in the market concerning size of equity dilution I suspect.
The other aspect of concern is the political hot potato in Spain with regard to Uranium/Nuclear energy policy, this aspect has been raised via Q&A at a number of the aforementioned presentations.
The project itself looks very viable and the company representatives impressive.
