The Sith Lord Zak Mir will be leaving the rebel alliance for good on Sunday. As of now this site is (with the exception of the miserable froggie Thierry who has penned a great piece today) fundamentals only, no TA nonsense. We will do some buy tips but not of that ramping shite Bulletin Board Morons love - this site is becoming more critical and bearish. I didn’t read/watch many of Zak’s bits but I got the impression that he was favouring Aimless Dave’s stocks – maybe simply by only featuring those stocks when the charts looked favourable. Anyway, he seemed like a punctual, hard-working chap so I’m sure he will find other employers.
His indirect connection to Aimless may be something and nothing but it’s potentially a risk which an unbiased website might not want to take.
I see that Aimless has been banning from his Twitter account any of his lemmings who also follow you/ShareProphets. This is a sure sign that he is going down. But how many PAs does he have working full-time on checking the followed accounts of his “thousands” of followers? This seems quite extraordinary. But apparently he succeeded in getting 20 of his cult members to stop following you so that’s obviously a massive win for him and worth every penny.
At the same time, he seems to be trying to buy new followers by offering hundreds or thousands of them a free meal in a posh London hotel. I might sign up myself – at least until I’ve scoffed my pudding.
I’m very much afraid that he appears to be suffering from small cock syndrome – aka Phallusy Paranoia. I’m surprised he can even see it.

Its amazing how many people buy into that chart nonsense. I never read any of Zak’s stuff so I’m glad it won’t be cluttering up the website anymore and also that Malcom Stacey will still be a ray of optimism here, even if I do wince every time he mentions a stock with a p/e over 20!
I think you’re doing some good work here Tom exposing the systemic abuse on AIM. The aim market if regulated properly could be a fertile ground for some great companies to grow and really help UK plc. At the moment there are too many frauds and lies and companies which should never have been allowed to list in the first place as they are just too small. Investor’s money is being squandered and misallocated, people will eventually stop investing altogether.
What I would like to see this year is not only you continuing to expose irregularities and nailing them to the authorities doors but actually making real change possible. You attending the agm for the London Stock Exchange will be the highlight of my year, they can’t block you this time. I think they really need to hold their hands up and say they have made some horrendous mistakes with china companies and enforcement in general and make some sweeping changes.
There are now 1044 companies on AIM down from 1700 at its peak and down 60 from 2014 even with 61 new admissions. The lse have let too many sub prime companies list over the years (one year was 500 alone) and investors are gradually paying the price as they quietly go to the wall. Total delistings for 2015 were 121, this year will be high as well but I think AIM needs it to get rid of the dross.

You sir are a market abuser and a hypocrite . You printed false information about LGO and have declined to retract or correct this at my request .
Firstly you printed the LGO company three month average output in BOPD for the period ending Sept 2015 and claimed it was the group output on 3rd NOV 2015 . You included certain wells in your depletion calculations that only started producing in the last month or AFTER the period end . I suppose LGO is supposed to have a fecking time machine . You further went on to pronounce on a speculative production decline when the company had stated in its RNS of 3rd NOV 2015 what the exact decline in production was from the previous quarter . This decline was 6% . You abused the market by publishing information you knew or should have reasonably known ( with reasonable care and due diligence ) to be false . Your Aim was simply to bash the share price down further to further your vendetta with Del Boy Lemongas who is a major shareholder .
I once again ask you to remove the factual inaccuracies from the piece , and repeated in other commentary by you and issue a retraction . If you do not clearly you are infact as bad as Mr Oily.

He published a personal analysis. He explains how he did the analysis and the conclusions he draws from it. The only facts in it are in the table and all the facts are there and none are incorrect. You disagree with his analysis. You and others have said so and why and he has published yours and other comments. Anyone reading the piece can see his analysis and your and other comments and make their own mind up – there is no market abuse. For what it is worth I too think that particular piece of analysis is flawed, but it does not change my opinion that LGO is fucked. I do not think it is quite a fucked as Tom does and I think it will run into serious trouble in April and not by the end of this month. That does not mean I am constantly calling for the article to be removed and an apology given. He is entitled to his opinion, I am entitled to mine and you are entitled to yours.
If the company is not happy they can either point out factual inaccuracies in the piece and Tom will change them or they can issue an RNS giving an update on production. They should have the Q4 production figures by now so it should not be hard for them to provide the latest info and everyone will know all the facts. They should also know their end of Q4 cash position and that would be of interest to everyone too. If they do not like people speculating based on potentially flawed analytical techniques then they should come out with the facts, rather than have their former chairman, who has had nothing to do with the company and is a minor shareholder, tweeting away on twitter about how world class the assets are and what a class act the poor sap he left to pick up the pieces is, it really is that simple.

I have to admit (and as someone that believes that technical analysis and price action can play a very valid part in getting the best entry and exit from a trade) that Zak did appear to have a propensity to pander to the bull brigade.
I held out hope at the start of his ShareProphets journey that he would represent both sides – as he even had a Bull and Bear update but that soon fizzled out.
It does appear that many use Zak as a way to make themselves feel better about a stock they are neck deep in – “please can you tell me how good this is” and then Zak obliges with some “lower band of a rising price channel” and we all feel better again. Or to validate their view via a well regarded (known) TA and use as a pump.
Lots more in TA than price bands and moving averages. I am sure Zak knows more too and would have been happy even if he occasionally unleashed some deep delve analysis – sometimes it just seemed lazy TA (knowing how much time and effort goes into good TA – and how much is thrown away) – maybe could deal with:

> RSI
> Key Levels of Significance
> Fib levels
> Gap analysis (though I do remember a little now and again – low level
> Intra market analysis
> Index/market overlays and cycles
> fundamental overlays
All that said I got fed up of the Bull view and bowed out a while ago from Zak commentary. TipTV will love the Zak view I am sure but there be a day when bearish technical analysis will back I am sure.
To be honest I felt a little sorry for Zak as he appeared to have lapsed into lazy TA as half of the crowd just wanted to use him as a bull flag and the other to justify their poor trades to themselves.
Go on Zak – why not give us your best chart before you go? Impress us of your technical abilities. Double point score if you make it bearish.

Drunk ………FFS ………… you must be either drunk or stupid to make those comments . Whinning Froth stated a decline in out put for 3rd November 2015 based on the three month average BOPD ending 30th September 2015 . To calculate that decline he used out put of wells that were not producing at the time , or had been producing only a few days or had not even been drilled at the time never mind producing . As I said LGO would have needed to be a fecking TIME MACHINE .
He is a hypocrite and market abuser , no doubt about it . Every oil producer is in trouble and he just picks on this one with incorrect assumptions because back in August 2014 DL was the chairman and he resigned at that time. Its a vendetta and as such market abuse .
The DECLINE RATE over the previous quarter is stated IN THE RNS of 3rd November as 6%

Decline over a quarter is not the issue it is decline over the months since wells start flowing. LGO has created a vacuum by not releasing this data. If my numbers are wrong then why does LGO not just fess up with the real numbers? Why not? Because they are dire, that is why.
