it is perfectly possible to do multiple voting using this sort of tech, sadly the person in Manchester who voted multiple times used website which still leave a trace of the originating IP address

It is very very easy to vote multiple times, if you are sad enough to want to. As a private user going through an ISP all you need to do is reset your hub and you will get a new ip.
The really amazing part is that anyone actually cares about the result of a poll which was just a bit of fun, the outcome of which is completely meaningless, even without rigging, which obviously happened given the number of votes that suddenly came in from a Manchester ISP. Who comes from the slums of Manchester? a certain former bank robber who has sunk so low that he thinks sensible people actually care about this crap perhaps.

TW note: you urged all those who did to come forward and None other than you did. Which rather suggests that I was telling the truth and that someone using a VPN network in Manchester was responsible for all the other votes. While I never claim to be an angel, in 2015 I nailed a raft of AIM frauds (QPP, GBO, all the china ones) and you think I am a villain not the men behind those frauds? I demand a re vote once everyone has read the administrators’ report on GBO. The bank account sweep netted just £180k most of the subsidiaries are worthless some have already filed for bankruptcy the secured creditors are going to lose big time and there is nothing for any unsecured creditor. Costis should have won this hands down.
