AIM casino listed Environmental Recycling (ENRT), formerly known as 3DM is worthless POS which has been twice censured by the FSA (today's FCA) for misleading investors. In clarifying the status today of an uber expensive loan it has taken from its founder, Kennyboy Brooks, it has just admitted to a third deception.

2% per month was the rate Mrs Michael Laurier (wife of Symphony Environmental (SYM) headboy Michael Laurier) was charging the company on a loan she made to SYM. IIRC TW you were tipping SYM while this was going on & if I recall further I do not remember you excoriating the Lauriers for this corporate theft from their shareholders or even alluding to it. Ever. Even though it went on for far, far too long.

If the applicants are prepared to make the changes suggested by EPO then it seems possible/likely that they will be Granted a Patent within the EU. Given EPO is making the ‘recommendations’ for that possible ‘Grant’ you might assume, if you trust their research and it is not challenged elsewhere, that the result will be applicable via other Patent Authorities elsewhere…. That’s ‘World Wide’.
Whether it is ‘commercially viable’ or otherwise significant, beyond a ‘ramp’, would be another question. However you might have to ask yourself…. Have those concerned filed amendments according to those recommendations, without notifying the markets of the ‘opportunity’ and, more importantly, have they received notification of acceptance of those amendments prior to the documents being published via EPO?
