Tom
Sue, Sue and Sue again!
A successful class action would send the right message to all those companies and their directors whom would seek to steal by lying and cheating investors.
Showing the snake oil salesman they aren’t going to get away with their deceit and that there will be comeback, would be the best thing ever in helping to clean up the casino know as AIM.
Wellinever
Needs directors to be sued and prosecuted. Not shareholder and staff that could suffer. How does it stop other directors misleading???
Juicin Drumroll
Had to laugh at this stupidity from one of the stupid on LSE WTG threads.
Step forward A_E_ Marsh who has defended Quenron every single step of the way & STILL denies there was any fraud, despite being down 50% on a huge # of shares & stressing himself into a heart attack & nearly dying.
Today at 15:57, less than 2 hours before today’s we’re being sued RNS.
“Safe as houses, IMO.
““gave my honest view ….. litigation on way .”“
Well, I just have to give my honest view, which I back up with proven staements.
Beat this..
Litigation NOT on the way, virtually 100% proven by the following TRUTH…
“”“”“”““Matters to be taken into consideration in establishing that it is not in the public interest to prosecute a corporate entity
“(f) The offending is not recent in nature, ( It isn’t, it is historic) and the company in its current form is effectively a
different body to that which committed the offences (it is now and most certainly by the time of the conclusion of the investigation) . For example it has been taken over by another
company, it no longer operates in the relevant industry or market, (Sold most to S & G) all of the culpable individuals have left or been dismissed, ( Absolutely, brand new BoD) or corporate structures or processes have been changed in such a way as to make a repetition of the offending impossible.” (PwC report has enabled that)
Would seem highly relevant here. Taken from the CPS guidelines.
Legalese”“”“”
So basically, I fear anybody expecting a hefty fine is deluding themselves. Very afraid of that.”
