The recent big rise in the Beowulf Mining (BEM) share price looks very odd to me.

Completely agree Gary …………. I looked at its rise daily and studied the RNS stream and concluded no reason why I should buy this piece of shite ………. but it just kept going up . I concluded either a bent market / market maker or moron ramping going on some where on twatter / LSE . Production is five years off if I remember correctly from the RNS ………. for FS . Its about as compelling as a North York Potash mine was at 30 pence a few years ago !

Wildrides,
Totally agree and doubt that an iron mine is high on the list of debt financiers at the present time either!
Was just trying to add a bit of balance by mentioning the long term aspect, but anyone buying at around 2-3p could be stuck waiting for years.
The indicated resources is likely to be revised down as well given the pricing level it was done at as the cut-off grade would have risen significantly i would imagine at current iron prices, and with no near term relief in sight.
Funnily enough i tweeted last week at 6p-something that it looked like a pump for Lanstead to offload some more, then miraculously that TR1 popped up the next morning showing they’d crossed multiple thresholds again!

It is a pump & place, as indicated. At some stage, the Swedish Govt will want a big share of this Company, for practically nothing (as this is how all mining activity is conducted in Sweden) meaning substantial dilution for existing shareholders at some point, and not a thing that they can do about it. Avoid like the plague. The only good news is that Clive Sinclair double barrel has gone – he was the kiss of death for everything he touched. (Inc Bezant Resources).
