Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Investing does not have to be hard. If you see a company with a weak balance sheet and burning cash you should expect a placing. And so I warned numerous times in recent weeks (notably HERE) that a placing was imminent at LGO Energy (LGO). The head in sand denial was predictable, I await the apologies. Big David Lenigas should be first in line.

Appreciate you’re very busy but a TW guide on balance sheet analysis would be super handy.

Err ……… one small correction to start ………. I may be a moron , but I am not a BB moron as I am not a member of any BB board and neither do I post on any BB , nor do I post on twatter , nor any other social media . Share profits infact has the sole infinite pleasure of my inane commentary and un insightful analysis of current events .
There has been a small placing . So what ? It does not change the fact that your analysis is flawed ……… just as it was with BOO HOO . The plain fact is that you dont know the facts at all . You are just guessing and basing your analysis on old data , just released . AS I have said many times :- seven new wells have come on stream since the data you based your analysis on was published . You have chosen , out of all oil companies in challenging times , to target LGO . We all know this suits your shorting buddy . Most other oil companies including the majors are 50% down on SP and more . The placing will obviously help exploit the new campaign of low cost wells with low decline rates from the recently opened new horizon . You dont know why the placing was small , you are just assuming . Perhaps it is all that is required . The facts are this;-
1) Really you know nothing
2) That is because neither current output or current decline rates are published .
3) You dont know the current cash burn and so you cant pontificate on the current cash needs of the business.
4) The only facts you do know is there has been a small placing at 15% discount to Fridays price and that current oil price for West Texas and Brent are down about 50% on ideal price of two summers ago and because of that most oil companies including blue chips have an SP 50% lower , and are making rapid strategy changes to enable them to survive at this price .
5) Your attitude to LGO is nothing more than a Vendetta against one company of the many in the same boat .
P/s Premethia is going to 0p . It has had another patent infringement claim lodged against it last week . That is three in total now . The confidence of the protagonist says that they will win the case with ease .
The Optibiotix price says the “super Grocer” is not overwhelmed with the prospect of a saleable product coming out of the research .

Spot on Tom! Wondered your opinion on another placing done today by Peterhouse (new joint broker) for Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) formally Coburg Group.
They raised £141 grand odd at 45p and company at April had cash of just sub £40 grand, the interesting thing is it has no trade today yet if you want to sell you can get 66p or buy a whopping 85p with mid price a quoted 55p yet the placing is at 45p clearly some brokers/market makers trying to offload stock at a profit. Flippers…..
But no one yet has fell for it………

Another placing may or not be on the cards short term – but one thing is for sure – you’ll still be a cock no matter what happens.
