An odd day yesterday had me reflecting on how QE and low base rates had skewed life but how that is all about to change. A bearish podcast on equity prices and UK house prices. Then onto Sefton, Armour Group and Monitise.

Tom, interest rates hike has been threatened for the last 4yrs in the UK, Carney and Yellen always have caveats for not increasing them.
I think more to do with the sentiment of wanting, but can’t. Remember all the false dawns and green shoots of recovery bollocks, and now the recovery is very fragile, and the wider market, WELL, do you really think so.
Not complacent though, but theres no genuine sustainable recovery out there, just sabre rattling on interst rates, pure bollocks, and they know it, all adds to that false sense of well being.
